Concerns that the June 3 fraudulent election by the election-rigging cartel would be denied have now manifested into reality. 

The special prosecutor agreement reached between the floor leaders of the Democratic Party and the People Power Party regarding the ballot shortage during the recent 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections appears to be an attempt to downplay and distort "election fraud" into mere "administrative mismanagement," serving as a ploy to cut ties and evade responsibility. This is nothing more than a backroom deal aimed at concealing the truth rather than uncovering it. 

We define this agreement as a deceptive political collusion by both parties to disguise the structural election rigging and server manipulation allegations by the National Election Commission as "simple mismanagement." We demand that this bipartisan agreement be scrapped immediately. 

One. The ruling and opposition parties must stop obfuscating the essence of the situation by framing clear-cut "election fraud" as "election mismanagement."

Article 1 of the agreement defines this incident as a "case of electoral mismanagement," which goes against the public demand to uncover the truth about the fraudulent election. This is a preemptive move to dismiss the core of public suspicion—the alleged manipulation of electronic ballot counters and server tampering—as minor administrative errors or simple mistakes.

If the ruling and opposition parties truly wish to uncover the truth, acknowledging the overwhelming public desire that no progress can be made without eradicating election fraud, they should not resort to superficial solutions like "mismanagement" investigations, but should instead immediately open the servers containing election data and conduct thorough forensic analysis.

Two. We categorically reject the biased special prosecutor candidates and the unqualified recommending bodies.

According to this agreement, special prosecutor candidates are to be selected through recommendations from the Korean Bar Association and the Korean Association of Law Schools. The Korean Bar Association itself must explain what stance it took during the past April 15 fraudulent election lawsuits, throughout which it remained silent and indifferent.

Furthermore, the professors at most law schools should explain their deep-rooted ties with Minbyun (Lawyers for a Democratic Society).

The current recommendation method, which lacks fairness and objectivity, is nothing more than a ruse to appoint a "customized special prosecutor" that provides absolution to the current regime and the establishment. It may well be just another attempt to erase and cover up the election fraud committed by the election-rigging cartel. We cannot entrust the surgery and healing of our sovereignty to those who have stolen it.

Three. Our demands for the eradication of the election-rigging cartel

Both parties must immediately withdraw and scrap this biased special prosecutor agreement, open the servers, and disclose the truth to clearly resolve all suspicions surrounding the local elections. Furthermore, we issue a stern warning that we will never accept this special prosecution unless it is recommended by the legal team that has fought to uncover the truth about the fraudulent election.

The bipartisan "mismanagement special prosecutor" agreement is nothing but a collusive act to hide the truth. We will not sit idly by while they make outrageous attempts to cover up the fraudulent election committed by the established election-rigging cartel and forces that destroy the Constitution. We will fight alongside the people until the day the server forensic process is made public, the truth is revealed, and the Republic of Korea is normalized through the restoration of constitutional values and sovereignty.
