3. Consent to and Method of Personal Information Collection
When registering for membership, you can select and click the [Agree] or [Disagree] button regarding the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of 한미일보. Clicking [Agree] is deemed as consenting to the collection of personal information, and personal information will be collected based on the details entered in the registration form.
4. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The personal information collected by 한미일보 is used for the following purposes.
- Execution and performance of the member's service use contract
- Provision of community services

5. Use Outside the Purpose and Sharing with Third Parties

Therefore, the ID and password must be used by mixing letters and numbers, and it is not advisable to use information that is frequently used or problematic if exposed, such as a Resident Registration Number or phone number. Furthermore, it is recommended to change the password frequently.
If you share a computer with others over a network, or if you log in to 한미일보 using a computer in a public place, you must terminate the account using the logout menu and close the web browser window. If you do not log out normally, your personal information may remain intact in the temporary storage of the web browser.
한미일보 is doing its best to protect personal information, but it is not responsible for damages caused by the leakage of IDs and passwords due to the member's own mistake or problems arising from internet usage.
8. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Your personal information will be retained by 한미일보 to provide services from the date of registration until the date of withdrawal. Even if you terminate the use contract and withdraw your membership, the personal information will be retained for a necessary period if there are exceptional provisions under laws such as the Commercial Act, if the user's own consent has been obtained, or if the retention period has been notified in advance. Examples of such reasons include lawsuits, disputes, completion of commercial transaction payments, and delivery. Access to and use of personal information during this period will be limited to that specific reason. If it is necessary to continue retaining it even after the period has passed, we will notify you and go through a consent procedure.
한미일보 destroys personal information without delay using unrecoverable technical methods after achieving the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided.
