The People Power Party welcomed on the 3rd the rejection of the arrest warrant for Rep. Chu Kyung-ho, who was the floor leader during the December 3rd emergency martial law, calling it "a common-sense judgment by the judiciary that has put the brakes on the coup-mongering political scheme of the Democratic Party of Korea and the Lee Jae-myung administration."

In a statement, Senior Spokesperson Park Sung-hoon criticized, "The Lee Jae-myung administration and the Democratic Party have used all sorts of means to brand former Floor Leader Chu with the extreme frame of 'rebellion.' The rejection clearly revealed that the special prosecutor's investigation was a 'political investigation,' a 'forced investigation,' and a 'third-rate fantasy investigation relying on imagination.'"

Senior Spokesperson Park added, "The Democratic Party's sinister plot to brand the People Power Party as an unconstitutional party has come to naught. The People Power Party will take today as a new starting point to re-establish trampled rule of law and to surely stop the administration's unchecked rampage."
