At a rally in Nowon-gu that afternoon, candidate Oh shouted, "Victory is now within reach."

He raised his voice, saying, "Candidate Jung Won-oh of the Democratic Party has boasted about being a ‘great doer’ (someone who does things well), but after debating, I realized he knows nothing about work. You all saw him give irrelevant, nonsensical answers, didn't you?"

He added, "There are 578 areas for redevelopment projects in Seoul. This is not a minor task. I, Oh Se-hoon, will surely achieve Seoul's housing stabilization, which can only be accomplished by a true, capable doer," he emphasized.

At a rally in Seongdong-gu, the political hometown of his rival, candidate Jung, he appealed, "Oh Se-hoon, the son of Seongdong, has returned. Please help me continue to run for the uninterrupted development of Seoul." He highlighted the fact that he was born in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu.

Earlier that morning, at a rally in front of Wolgok Station in Seongbuk-gu, candidate Oh met with reporters and harshly criticized candidate Jung, calling him a "straw man who can only focus on aligning with President Lee."

Regarding candidate Jung's criticism that he was "bringing up the past" by referencing the People Power Party's campaign rallies for former presidents Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye, Oh countered, "This is not the time for clever wordplay about old versus new forces. Isn't this a reflection of anxiety due to fluctuating approval ratings at the end of the election?"

He continued, "I will correct this at the first cabinet meeting. I will do my best to steer President Lee's current misguided real estate policy in the right direction," he emphasized.

Regarding the controversy that candidate Jung condoned the behavior of district mayor candidate Woo Hyeong-chan, who forced a kiss on a baby during a rally in Yangcheon-gu the previous day, Oh stated, "If there was an issue, he should have gently intervened, but he did not intervene at all and simply smiled. This will serve as foundational material for the public to make a wise judgment."

Furthermore, in response to candidate Jung's criticism at a press conference that day that "the core of Seoul's discount is Mayor Oh Se-hoon's administration," Oh retorted that it was "forced criticism" and countered, "The possibility of a Seoul discount will truly begin only when an underprepared and unqualified candidate becomes the mayor of Seoul."

Candidate Oh reiterated his claim that if candidate Jung is elected, it will be "Park Won-soon Season 2."

He pointed out on Facebook that during former Mayor Park Won-soon's tenure, "the old student activist forces and unidentified external forces occupied the Seoul Metropolitan Government and dictated its policies, and citizens' hard-earned tax money was used like 'war funds' for Democratic Party political vagrants."

He continued, "Those who led the exploitation of Seoul during former Mayor Park Won-soon's administration are now surrounding candidate Jung Won-oh. They are strongly plotting a more malicious and dangerous Park Won-soon Season 2 through candidate Jung. It is clear he will become the Democratic Party's ATM mayor of Seoul."

He urged, "I have no political debts to repay. I have no reason to look at anyone's face. Please protect Seoul, which is only for the citizens, with your own hands."

Candidate Oh plans to hold "48-hour do-or-die rallies" until midnight on the 2nd, when the official campaign period ends, visiting all 25 autonomous districts of Seoul.

He stated, "Over the next two days, I will visit all 25 autonomous districts of Seoul without missing a single one, meeting as many citizens as possible. I will approach this with determination to leave no blind spots. Even if I break myself, I will protect Seoul," he said.

Following his recent appearances in shirts symbolizing the achievement of "0% subway fatalities" and shirts featuring "578 redevelopment, reconstruction, and Moa Town development zones," he wore a red vest over a shirt symbolizing Seoul's leap to become a "Global Top 3 City" on this day.

Meanwhile, candidate Oh's campaign team held a calm rally focused on speeches, without any dancing or logo songs, due to the casualties in the explosion accident at Hanwha Aerospace in Daejeon that day.
