Tan, former US Ambassador for Global Criminal Justice, who visited Korea out of concern for the future of the Republic of Korea in a state of existential crisis, and subsequently faced difficulties with an exit ban, instead delivered an exceptionally moving message of encouragement, saying, "Young people, rise up and fight."

Following his visit last year as the head of the International Election Monitoring Team (IEMT), and having meticulously monitored electoral irregularities in the recent 'June 3rd fraudulent elections', former Ambassador Tan stated, "At the heart of major social transformations in Korean history has been the 'Youth Movement'," strongly urging the youth of Korea to fight to the end against the dictatorial government seized through fraudulent elections, with God's blessing.

After completing the investigation activities of the Korea-US Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud (KUJIT), former Ambassador Tan spoke at the "Korea-US Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud" public reporting rally held from 7 PM on the 10th at a special stage outside Gate of the Rose Garden in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul. He emphasized, "When the young generation in their 20s and 30s rise up, new changes are seen in Korean history, and now is precisely your time, your opportunity, your moment, and your destiny," deeply moving the audience.

He asked, "When your children and grandchildren look back at history books in the future and ask what their parents and grandparents did, wouldn't you want to answer that Mom and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, endured all sacrifices and fought together to reclaim our country?" On this day, former Ambassador Tan warned that the methods used by China to engulf Hong Kong are currently being brazenly employed in Korea.

He revealed, "Then-US President Donald Trump stated that handing Hong Kong over to China during his first administration was his biggest failure." He added, "When I spoke with then-Secretary of State Pompeo during that period, he said this regarding our inability to protect Hong Kong."

He then recalled the primitive methods of violence and oppression employed by China to seize Hong Kong, stating, "If you resist with strong, peaceful, and non-violent resistance, their cruel and brutal force will be exposed." He offered encouragement, saying, "Your fight against oppression, injustice, and deceit will be recorded as a model case for the entire world."

This public reporting rally for the 'June 3rd fraudulent elections' marks a milestone concluding the investigation team's activities.

Accordingly, along with Ambassador Tan and Dr. Douglas G. Frank, who visited from the United States, Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Liberty and Innovation Party (former Acting President and Prime Minister), Min Kyung-wook, former National Assembly member (Standing Representative of the National Movement Headquarters for the April 15th Fraudulent Elections), lawyer Park Ju-hyun (Korean Head of the Korea-US Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud), Jeon Han-gil, CEO of 1WAY News, Professor Seo Mi-ran (Deputy Head of the Korea-US Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud), and Dr. Wi Geum-sook (Chairperson of the Liberty and Innovation Reform Committee), all appeared to expose the current state of the Republic of Korea's voting rights, which have been brutally trampled upon, and to urge the nation's awakening.

Dr. Frank's statement, "Please continue to pay close attention, something truly astonishing will unfold," garnered great interest from the audience.

He added, "Mike Lindell, whom I spoke with an hour ago, said he will post everything about Korea on his website and show it to President Trump."

He specifically mentioned, "Korea has lost its president; he was a legitimate president," referring to the unjust impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol. He shared his reflections from the investigation, stating, "Having come to Korea, I see that Korea is a place in desperate need of help."

He further stated that President Yoon Suk-yeol was lost due to electoral fraud, and added, "The National Assembly has also been lost, so it is time for active intervention," hinting at US involvement.

He then described his meticulous examination of Korean elections as a scientist who likes to understand everything from the ground up, stating, "In Korea, the entire toolkit of electoral fraud is being utilized," essentially summarizing it as a 'comprehensive package.'

Dr. Frank remarked, "We knew as early as 2021 that serious electoral fraud was being committed in Korea."

Given his earlier mention that he was not well aware of the extent of electoral fraud in Korea before his visit, and his display of IP attack data on screen, this statement is interpreted to mean he recognized Korea's involvement in election manipulation since 2021. He appeared in the documentary 'Absolute Interference' produced by Lindell in 2021 and made similar remarks during his introductory meeting with the investigation team's IT analysis team before his visit.

According to him, manipulation algorithm patterns were also discovered in the June 3rd elections. Based on these findings, the analysis suggests that "the entire toolkit of electoral fraud was mobilized."

Dr. Frank emphasized the danger, stating, "Electronic devices are interconnected everywhere in the world." He then pointed out, "Therefore, it was not surprising that the headquarters of A-WEB (Association of World Election Bodies) is in Korea. It is sponsored by USAID (US Agency for International Development), and the Trump administration halted its funding."

He then displayed a screen with the phrase "Corruption flourishes in a sea of incompetence" and urged them to continue fighting against the corrupt government, stating, "The whole world is watching Korea."

He praised them, saying, "President Trump tweeted that he wanted to lead a movement, and that is what you are doing." He added, "Koreans are demonstrating the epitome of the movement President Trump intended."

In this regard, Dr. Frank stated, "Your movement is so powerful that America also wants to join your war." While speaking about Tina Peters, former County Clerk of Mesa County, he even shouted, "Yoon Again."

In conclusion, he urged them to continue the fight to eradicate electoral fraud, saying, "Although the Korean government may not admit it, you have the power, and the Korean government fears you." He added, "We must stay awake and fight together. This is not our fight, but God's fight."

As former Ambassador Tan and Dr. Frank took the stage, the audience erupted in chants of "USA" and "Stop the steal," welcoming the guests from America.

Hwang Kyo-ahn, who delivered the first keynote speech from the Korean side, also placed his hope in the nationwide youth movement that has erupted like wildfire to restore electoral justice, stating, "Because the 20s and 30s have stepped forward, Korea and the world are changing now," a statement that received great applause.

Referring to the area around the handball stadium, where the 20s and 30s are voluntarily engaged in protecting ballot boxes, Chairman Hwang said, "There are 380 ballot boxes inside, and we don't know what will come out, but it's already all out in the open, and they can no longer hide it." He emphasized, "30,000 to 50,000 young people are guarding it, and although they are trying to break through, they cannot. I believe that what we are protecting now is the will of the people."

He also reiterated the significance, saying, "It is no coincidence that Chairman Lindell sent Dr. Frank and his team to us. America has come here now."

Next, former National Assembly member Min Kyung-wook took the podium and presented foreign cases where re-elections were held, urging, "Let us fight to the end to achieve it."

He explained, "In Austria, four envelopes for postal voting came apart due to weak glue, and at the counting station, due to a lack of observers, voting was conducted without supervision. An objection was filed, stating it was invalid." He added, "To us, it seemed like a minor issue, but the presidential election was rerun at that time."

He further stated, "In Berlin, Germany, the Berlin Marathon was held during the election period, so some voters who could not vote after 6 PM had to turn back." He emphasized that this is not an issue that can be dismissed as baseless, as there are international precedents, explaining, "Because exit polls are announced at 6 PM, those who waited for ballot papers after 6 PM were judged to have had their right to vote infringed upon, and a re-election was held."

He concluded the debate by stating, "Those who call it flawed voting are those who are confusing the issue. Re-elections are held because the elections were flawed, not because of flaws. A re-election is held because there was electoral fraud."

On this day, former Assemblyman Min shared his reflections on the situation at the Jamsil site, where up to 100,000 people gathered, saying, "When I fought against electoral fraud 6 years and 2 months ago, there was no one here except for a few people, so it was lonely, desolate, sad, and I felt depressed." However, he added, "Now, the world has changed a lot, and I feel that we are moving on the path of justice."

Lawyer Park Ju-hyun, who serves as the Korean head of KUJIT, repeatedly asserted the justification for election invalidation, stating, "The June 3rd local elections severely violated the freedom and fairness of elections, and there is a sufficient possibility that this affected the election results."

Based on the evidence preservation application she is preparing, she listed five grounds: △ A shortage of ballot papers occurred at over 140 polling stations nationwide; △ The deadline for transporting ballot papers was violated, and due to poor management, the integrity of the ballots is in question; △ Discrepancies in the number of voters and allegations of computer manipulation have been raised; △ Multiple reports of the existence of forged ballot papers, tampered seals, and poor management of ballot boxes; and △ Claims that the verification by observers during the vote counting process was not adequately ensured. She presented this as a milestone for the government protest at Jamsil, stating, "These local elections have an abundance of cases that meet the criteria for election invalidation."

Professor Seo Mi-ran and Dr. Wi Geum-sook, who have diligently fulfilled their challenging roles in collecting and analyzing evidence of electoral fraud within the Liberty and Innovation Party, the only domestic party that has adopted the eradication of electoral fraud as its party platform, also took the stage.

They jointly stated, "There are too many instances where the National Election Commission completely disregarded the law in managing the elections for the June 3rd local elections," and revealed the shocking reality by displaying videos and photos on screen, causing the audience, who witnessed the dire state of voting rights in the Republic of Korea, to become enraged.

Professor Seo, after displaying a variety of fraudulent ballots, emphasized that the entire nation must know the evidence of clear electoral fraud that goes beyond mere flaws, stating, "With these ballots pouring in, how can we acknowledge the election results?"

Dr. Wi also called for a thorough investigation and severe punishment, stating, "We cannot stand by and watch the atrocities of the National Election Commission, which completely nullifies the law and calls falsehoods truth while calling truth falsehoods."

She added, "We assigned two observers to 8 locations in Pyeongtaek, where Chairman Hwang ran, for a total of 16 people, but we were only able to enter 4 locations, and strange ballots only appeared in the 4 locations where observers were not present." She stated, "When an objection form was given to the election manager, they said, 'Go over there, go over here,' creating a ping-pong effect."

Stiff ballots were also consistently found. She asked, "Too many brick-like ballots came out. How many of you think it's absolutely impossible for such ballots to appear?"

She emphasized that the entire nation must know the evidence of clear electoral fraud that goes beyond mere flaws, stating, "Lawyer Park Ju-hyun explained about ballots without stamp marks, and similar ballots were found in Pyeongtaek, as were ballots with stickers."

Dr. Wi Geum-sook (Chairperson of the Liberty and Innovation Reform Committee) also lamented, sharing serious realities based on tip-offs.

Dr. Wi presented specific tally sheets showing discrepancies between the number of advance and same-day voters reported by observers and the National Election Commission.

She presented an example, saying, "This time, we also counted the same-day votes directly. At Seodaemun Namgajwa polling station #2, there were 593 voters, but the administrator reported 686, an inflation of 93 people (15.7%)." She added, "The same-day votes were inflated even more."

She also directly revealed photos of individuals who voted multiple times on the first day of advance voting in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and presented numerous tip-off cases on screen, including polling stations with two seals and claimed that the analysis results showed that election invalidation was inevitable.

Dr. Wi stated, "They blocked the closed-circuit television (CCTV) and also prevented observers from filming. A sign was posted stating that filming would result in removal." She added, "Bundles of ballots were found, folded at regular intervals as if one person had stacked 26 pages."

In addition, she revealed photos of bundles of fake ballots copied with stamps, seals only attached to the lid of the ballot box, and about 70 wet ballots found in Pohang Nam-gu.

She lamented, "Ballots without serial numbers should be invalidated, but ballots with serial numbers were found in piles. The National Election Commission's manual states that even ballots with serial numbers are recognized as legitimate ballots."

Dr. Wi strongly called for punishment, stating, "We cannot stand by and watch the atrocities of the National Election Commission, which completely nullifies the law and calls falsehoods truth while calling truth falsehoods."
