The Han River Flood Control Office of the Ministry of Environment issued a flood warning for the Jungnanggyo Bridge section of the Jungnangcheon Stream in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, at 1:10 PM on the 13th.

The control office stated in an alert message, "As the river's water level has risen, there is concern about flooding in low-lying areas and river overflow. Please prepare for potential damage."
