On the night of the 30th, Attorney Park Joo-hyun holds an impromptu Q&A session with patriotic citizens near Gate 2-3 of the Handball Stadium at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul, emphasizing that "we must oust Lee Jae-myung through a bloodless revolution." Amid rising concerns over the crisis of South Korea's constitutional order sparked by the '6.3 Election Fraud,' Attorney Park Joo-hyun, who has been at the forefront of eradicating electoral fraud, argued that "we must oust Lee Jae-myung through a bloodless revolution."
During an impromptu Q&A session with patriotic citizens near Gate 2-3 of the Olympic Park Handball Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the night of the 30th, Attorney Park stated, "I want to call the 6.3 movement a revolution." He suggested that it is necessary to launch a so-called 'K-Revolution' through national awakening and cooperation with the international community, including the United States.
He emphasized, "Historically, bloodless revolutions have existed," adding, "Our duty is to force Lee Jae-myung to step down because he can no longer bear the public's scrutiny and the international community's labeling of him as a fraud, and to make it inevitable for the illegitimate National Assembly to be dissolved."
Attorney Park offered a sober assessment of the domestic political landscape, which he described as a tilted playing field biased toward the left. "Currently, all power is held by an illegitimate National Assembly, an illegitimate administration, and an illegitimate president, and the judiciary has also been taken over by them," he said. "Therefore, unfortunately, we need the power of the United States to keep this in check."
He also addressed the naive perception that seeking U.S. support is merely "selling out to America." Referring to the common-sense reality, he remarked, "Our country has lost its capacity for self-purification." He lamented, "I wish the people of South Korea could rise up and reclaim our country with just the Taegeukgi (Korean flag), but we know that realistically, that is not possible."
He continued persuasively, "Fortunately, the United States is a liberal democratic nation, President Trump was elected by overcoming election fraud, and the U.S. continues to engage with South Korea." He added, "Unlike the 1940s and 50s (during the era of founding president Syngman Rhee), we are now in a situation where communication is immediate. If we fail to utilize the various good opportunities that could arise from their influence, it would be a missed chance."
Attorney Park previously appealed to the public, stating, "If you do nothing, nothing will happen." He reminded them, "Because of President Syngman Rhee, the founding ideology of South Korea became liberal democracy; without him, our country would have become a communist state."
Pointing toward the Olympic Park protests, he said, "If you look back from the perspective of that time, people might have thought, 'With everyone being a communist or a leftist, what could one man like Syngman Rhee possibly do?' But a miracle happened. Our current situation is also a miracle."
He continued, "A month or two ago, I mentioned that the first enlightenment was President Yoon Suk-yeol's martial law, the second was the election fraud forums, and the third was Representative Hwang Kyo-ahn’s speech at CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference). Now, the fourth enlightenment—the 6.3 election fraud—has occurred. Haven't so many citizens risen up?" he reflected.
He also offered sharp criticism toward the National Election Commission (NEC), which has been labeled as a "hotbed of corruption."
Attorney Park predicted, "Election fraud is illegal just by looking into it, and it is such a mess that it cannot be covered up no matter how they try. If you just peel back the layers, you find fraud. We know the NEC is rotten to the core, so any power elected under this rotten NEC system must be invalidated. The result of the K-Revolution we must now achieve is to replace the illegitimately elected power with a proper, new election."
Citing historical facts, he carefully suggested that the 6.3 election fraud situation could reach a turning point during July.
Attorney Park pointed out, "It took one month and four days from the 3.15 election fraud to the 4.19 Revolution. We are currently on the 27th day since the 6.3 event."
He encouraged the audience by saying, "After the 'Gag Law' goes into effect on July 7, public anger might explode. The moment we give up, it’s over, but if we keep crying out, the freedom we envision will come."
Why A-WEB? The reason behind the public outcry: "A-WEB is in the crosshairs of the international investigation into election fraud."

Attorney Park Joo-hyun also provided additional details regarding A-WEB (Association of World Election Bodies).
Attorney Park raised suspicions, stating, "Around 2016-2018, there was a prosecution investigation into Kim Yong-hi, the first secretary-general of A-WEB, but under the Moon Jae-in administration, he was acquitted and the crimes were covered up." He ordered, "A-WEB still exerts influence in so-called 'Belt and Road' countries. The land-based Belt and Road countries like Kyrgyzstan and Iraq, and maritime routes like Papua New Guinea and Samoa, have established pro-China regimes. Wang Yi is traveling through these countries, necessitating a U.S. investigation."
He further emphasized, "The U.S. has always been mapping out election fraud by looking only at South America and Europe, such as Colombia, Venezuela, and Serbia. However, Korea and China, which had not been fully uncovered, have now emerged." He explained the context: "Until last September, U.S. intelligence authorities were monitoring about 70 countries excluding Korea and China, focusing on whether the Smartmatic system (developed in Venezuela) was spreading from Venezuela to Serbia or Colombia. About three months later, Korea and A-WEB were included."
He also explained the background behind why SCIF (@TheSCIF), a U.S. channel specializing in tracking election fraud that has gained credibility through frequent citations by President Trump on his personal social media, posted about Korea, and why President Trump re-posted it.

[Captured from Mike Lindell's documentary] Based on the situation where A-WEB has been caught in the U.S. investigative net, Attorney Park noted, "There were 109 countries that President Trump shared after tagging SCIF, and Korea's inclusion at that time is part of a massive trend." Referring to Dr. Douglas G. Frank, who recently visited Korea as part of the joint Korea-U.S. investigation team, he said, "The brilliant Dr. Frank grasped immediately (after hearing an explanation of A-WEB) why so many IPs spread out centering on Korea." He sought to help the audience understand that A-WEB is the primary target of international investigations into election fraud, and explained why mainstream Korean politicians—who are either directly linked to A-WEB or influenced by its behind-the-scenes powers—show allergic reactions to 'international investigation' placards at Olympic Park and are acting from behind the scenes to stifle the movement's momentum.
He also referred to the Chinese Communist Party, adding, "If you ask yourself the common-sense question of whether a country involved in global election fraud that plays games with other nations would have left Korea alone, it becomes immediately clear. Those who shout for an investigation into A-WEB at Olympic Park have realized how serious it is after digging into A-WEB."
It appears that Attorney Park, with his keen international perspective, was issuing both a warning and an expression of concern that the actions of some patriotic right-wing citizens—who, out of overconfidence in Korea's self-reliance or being manipulated by others, had previously covered up the U.S. flag—could inadvertently hinder the subtle and steady progress of international investigations that have been building momentum. In simple terms, it can be interpreted as a plea not to join in the foolish behavior of trying to hide the U.S. flag.
Attorney Park concluded by pointing to the Liberty and Innovation Party, noting, "For our country to align with the U.S., a pro-American party that calls for the eradication of election fraud must emerge, and that party must have power."
Explaining his reasoning, he said, "If we create a party with one million members for Liberty and Innovation, the People Power Party, which only knows how to betray, will be forced to take notice. If many citizens grant their membership to Liberty and Innovation, the party will see a path to winning future general elections and the presidency, and they will follow this party's ideology."
He also suggested a methodology to keep the established political establishment, which has ignored election fraud, in check, stating, "The only party in our country that calls for a proper ideology, the eradication of anti-state forces, and the eradication of election fraud is the Liberty and Innovation Party. By joining Liberty and Innovation, you can help build a party created by the people."

We must first realize that we do not have the power to save the Republic of Korea ourselves. Without the help of the United States, the Republic of Korea has no future but ruin. President Syngman Rhee also knew this clearly. The ROK-US Mutual Defense Treaty was the result of that realization.
Based on the "63 Revolution," we must call in the United States. Otherwise, Lee Jae-myung, who has seized legislative, executive, and judicial power, will hand over our nation to China. There is no more time. Let us all awaken.
Smash Communism!!! Let's create a stronger, more powerful wave of freedom. Let's sweep away the wretched followers of the Kim Jong-un regime, who are tens of thousands of times more malicious than the Japanese, and the native North Korean Juche-leaning thugs and their ilk, who are like maggots in the people's democracy of South Korea, and achieve a prosperous, free, and unified Republic of Korea.
The problem is President Trump, who at the UFC event in Damoa, Iowa in July 2025
stated, "The 2020 presidential election was a rigged election due to the intervention of other countries. The 2020 fraudulent election
is a grave violation of liberal democracy and a crime caused by the intervention of third countries.
They systematically intervened even in other smaller countries. Those countries are also experiencing severe
situations due to fraudulent elections. We have secured all evidence, and I will definitely order the FBI to investigate
to root out fraudulent elections, and we are investigating all related countries.
We will push forward until the criminals involved are identified." - Omitted below!
This statement was remembered as moving, as Trump viewed the issue of fraudulent elections not just as an American problem but as an issue of foreign intervention, and by referring to citizens of other smaller countries (presumed to be South Korea), he expressed that he would not abandon the people who still love America. I strongly request that now is the time for President Trump's powerful oratorical will to be exercised.
Now there are only two methods: one is to invoke the people's right to resistance, which is what influential official of the Election Commission, Wi Cheol-hwan, advocated, stating there will be no re-election before the revolution. This is what I understand as their plan. The second method is to investigate the international election fraud cartel jointly by the US and Korea and legally condemn them through US intervention. These two methods are the most certain way, and it is most effective when both are activated simultaneously.
