The People Power Party, four opposition parties outside parliament, and grassroots right-wing civic groups must form a unified "Big Tent" to block the tyranny of the dictatorial group and the conspiracies of forces involved in election fraud. The "ballot paper shortage" that emerged at polling stations in the Jamsil area on the day of the election eventually led to spontaneous protests at Olympic Park, primarily led by young people condemning the election fraud and calling for a re-election. These protests have now continued for a month with the participation of citizens from across the country.

So, why did such a ballot shortage occur?

A Deep-Rooted History of Computational Manipulation and Huawei Backdoor Suspicions

Suspicions of fraudulent early voting, which began in earnest during the 2020 general election, have persisted for seven years. The core of the issue lies in the systemic loophole that early voting is conducted over two days, four to five days ahead of the actual election day, without designated polling stations for specific voters.

The circumstantial evidence of election fraud that resulted from this is statistically clear. In contrast to the results of the main election, which show distinct differences by region and counting district, the early voting results uniformly favored a specific party.

Furthermore, these results were calculated with consistent proportions across all regions—a result that is statistically impossible. Scholars agree that this is a phenomenon that could never occur without computational manipulation.

The history of computational manipulation began in Dandong, China, in 2001, during the Kim Dae-jung administration. Its origin was the launch of the "Hana Program Center," which combined South Korean telecommunications technology with North Korean programmers under the guise of creating synergy in IT technology between the two Koreas.

At the time, South Korea's telecommunications technology was combined with Chinese Huawei equipment, enabling what is known as a "backdoor" infiltration, which renders computers vulnerable to hacking from the production stage.

Lee Sang-chul, who served as Minister of Information and Communication during the Kim Dae-jung administration, pushed forward the introduction of Huawei equipment despite objections from the U.S. government when he became vice chairman of LG Uplus in 2013. Subsequently, in 2019, LG Uplus was selected as the contractor for the National Election Commission's wired and wireless communications equipment and wireless network infrastructure project.

Lee Sang-chul had moved to a position as a general advisor for Huawei in 2017. Since the days of the Dandong Hana Program Center, Huawei had been promoting capital and technical alliances with South Korean firms like Dasan Networks through the German company Siemens, and North Korean programmers named "Kimsuky" were trained as hackers for the center through the Pyongyang Information Center.

The NEC's Refusal to Investigate and the Democratic Party's Framing of Insurrection

In October 2023, during the Yoon Suk-yeol administration, Kim Kyou-hyun, director of the National Intelligence Service, discovered vulnerabilities during an investigation into the National Election Commission's (NEC) computer programs that could allow for the manipulation of the electoral roll and the subversion of election results through external hacking.

Despite this, the NEC of South Korea continues to use software with embedded Huawei programs in its main server communications equipment, citing its status as an independent agency, and has refused all external investigations into its servers.

The government was subsequently replaced by the Democratic Party of Korea, which framed President Yoon's martial law declaration—intended to enable a forced investigation of the NEC—as an insurrection. They continue to engage in the practices of election fraud.

It is not difficult to uncover the reality of the election fraud. One simply needs to compare the voter lists stored on the NEC’s main server with the actual lists of early voters to verify how maliciously they were manipulated from the start.

The NEC has long claimed that it can verify the voter list and the number of voters in real-time through an online network connected to the main server, but this has been proven to be a bald-faced lie.

In reality, even when early voters presented identification cards with photos, NEC staff at polling stations only visually checked the photos; whistleblowers, who are former NEC employees, have revealed that no real-time communication with the NEC server actually took place.

This means it is impossible to even confirm whether early voters were properly marked on the electoral rolls used for the main election day.

If the NEC were to allow an external verification agency to compare the embedded electoral rolls with the numbers of early and main-day voters, and to verify whether there was any hacking through backdoors, the truth would be revealed immediately.

Their persistent refusal to do so is, in effect, an admission that the NEC itself is hiding the truth, which in itself is clear evidence of election fraud.

Three Aspects of Election Fraud: Adding, Swapping, and Subtracting Votes

Numerous statisticians have proven, simply by analyzing the divergent distribution charts of early voting and main-day voting, that these results are the product of clear manipulation that directly violates the "law of large numbers."

The facts that emerged during the 2020 election nullification lawsuit in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, support this. The Supreme Court deliberately dragged out the election lawsuit for a year and a half, despite the constitutional requirement for it to be concluded within six months.

Furthermore, they dismissed the arguments of the plaintiff's counsel by ruling that forged ballots found during the trial (such as "cabbage leaf" ballots, arrow-marked ballots, and Rising Sun flag ballots) were all legitimate. The judiciary used its power to cover up the reality of the election fraud.

All of this was the result of three methods employed by the NEC or external hackers to ensure the election of candidates from a specific party: deliberately adding ghost votes ("adding votes"), swapping counting results with those of rival candidates ("swapping votes"), or treating valid ballots for opponents as invalid ("subtracting votes").

In the process of rushing to forge physical ballots to match the ghost votes generated in the computational count (adding votes), fake ballots printed by substandard machines in places like China were leaked.

Moreover, in the 2024 general election and the 2026 presidential election, in preparation for possible lawsuits, stacks of stiff, pre-printed and marked "brick ballots" were commonly discovered at counting centers. This is the result of continuous vote theft, taking advantage of the lack of external monitoring of early ballot boxes.

The Reason for the Ballot Shortage: "Adding Votes" in Early Voting

The "ballot paper shortage" that appeared in the 2026 local elections is an event that exposed to the world that election fraud has reached its peak. To carry out "vote adding" on an unprecedented scale in early voting, a vast number of ballots must be secured in advance.

The fact that the volume of early voting ballots printed instantly on roll paper was 200–250% higher than the number of actual early voters officially announced by the NEC proves this.

In this case, since the total number of valid voters recorded on the electoral roll is fixed, excessive manipulation of early voting in regions with strong conservative leanings inevitably leads to a contradiction where the number of voters on the main election day must be artificially reduced. This erupted on the ground as the ballot shortage.

Furthermore, white smoke was observed near the Jamsil counting station when paper was being burned, and on June 9, just before a court's evidence preservation order arrived, the Songpa-gu NEC even submitted a "dissolution certificate" claiming they had instructed the melting of specific boxes—presumed to contain ballots—in hundreds of degrees of boiling water.

These actions clearly demonstrate that this local election was a total fraud. This was not an "administrative failure" that occurred because local election commissions prepared ballots based on past voting records.

It is clear evidence of "intended fraud," where they inevitably had to print fewer ballots for the main election day because they had increased early voting manipulation to systematically disqualify right-wing candidates and elect the ruling party's candidates.

It Is Time to Put an End to Election Fraud

Now, the cries of the people who resist and seek to eradicate election fraud are echoing throughout Jamsil. Without a specific leader, these people have emerged spontaneously in the plaza, calling for "re-elections due to fraud" and "manual counting for main-day votes" day and night.

These cries are sublimating into a firm conviction to break down the election fraud that has been brazenly perpetrated since 2020 and to restore a fair and righteous government. If the political establishment—whether inside or outside the system—betrays this solemn trust of the people, they will face a massive backlash and shock they never anticipated.

Conservative right-wing leaders must seek a path of grand unity for the sake of election fairness, which is the core of the people's right to vote. First, they must forcefully push for the "Special Prosecutor System with two recommended members from the opposition party" that the People Power Party is currently pursuing.

Some ruling party lawmakers argue that the ruling party should also recommend one member, but this is nothing more than an absurd and groundless claim. The radical runaway of the left-wing party, born as a result of election fraud, has continued for the past seven years, and strong signs of manipulation have also appeared in the June 3, 2025 presidential election, which was held during the process of the President's impeachment.

In this situation, if the Lee Jae-myung administration and the Democratic Party continue to deceive and pressure the public, they will face a full-scale national resistance movement.

The people are currently shocked by the Lee Jae-myung administration's pro-China and anti-American stance, which they are experiencing for the first time in history. Ahn Gyu-baek, who was appointed Minister of National Defense despite having only completed defense call-up service, issued an absurd directive to provide soldiers facing the armistice line with batons instead of rifles.

Far from guarding against North Korean infiltration, they are attempting to dismantle the Defense Counterintelligence Command, pushing to abolish the Korea Military Academy—the bastion of national security that has produced excellent leaders—and integrate it into a combined Army, Navy, and Air Force academy, and continuing to engage in ruinous actions, including the reduction of frontline GOP troops.

President Lee Jae-myung has ordered the forceful implementation of the "Yellow Envelope Law" and commercial code amendments, which excessively favor labor unions and weaken the management rights of corporate owners.

Furthermore, while pressuring American companies like Coupang and Starbucks for unjust reasons, he has also forced heads of major conglomerates, such as Samsung and SK, to gather in the Honam region—which is absolutely lacking in water and power—to force the construction of large-scale semiconductor complexes, thereby weakening corporate competitiveness and driving South Korea into poverty.

The artificial boosting of stock prices using the National Pension Service also induced profit-taking and selling by foreign capital, leading to a skyrocketing exchange rate and exacerbating economic instability.

Finally, the regime has revealed the true colors of a malicious left-wing dictatorial regime by announcing the legislation of the "False Information Dissemination Punishment Act" on July 8, under the pretext of punishing the NEC and those raising suspicions of election fraud, thereby infringing on the fundamental right of "freedom of the press and expression."

The Only Way to Rescue a Free South Korea: The "Big Tent"

The roots of all these evils and governance failures of the ruling power lie in "election fraud." If the people fail to prevent election fraud, South Korea will fall into the abyss of a left-wing totalitarian dictatorship from which it can never escape. Companies will go bankrupt or flee into exile overseas, and the people will be reduced to hostages and slaves of the dictatorial group.

To stop this, a special investigation led by the opposition party to uncover the reality of the election fraud must be initiated. To this end, it is essential to block the Han Dong-hoon and Oh Se-hoon factions from ousting People Power Party leader Jang Dong-hyuk and to form a powerful "Big Tent" that unites the People Power Party, the four opposition parties outside parliament—such as the Liberty Unification Party, Our Republican Party, Liberty Democratic Party, and Liberty and Innovation—along with over 10,000 right-wing civic groups on the streets.

We must change now. We must escape from the chains of falsehood now. To regain our suppressed freedom, it is time for us all to rise up in the struggle to protect our right to vote.
