To Special Investigation Committee Chairman Yoon Sang-hyun,

It has been reported that the National Assembly intends to entrust the recount of 2.47 million ballots currently stored at the Songpa Olympic Stadium to the National Election Commission (NEC). However, there are few citizens who would agree with the fact that the NEC, the very party under suspicion, should conduct the recount itself. I would like to make the following proposals to the Special Committee.

1. Please appoint a team leader for the recount from among the members of the Special Committee. Committee member Joo Jin-woo or Representative Kim Eun-hye would be suitable candidates.

2. There are approximately 500 volunteers and 10 IT experts standing by at Olympic Park to assist with the recount. Furthermore, they are conducting daily simulation drills for the recount process.

3. As all personnel involved in the recount are volunteers, there will be no labor costs incurred. If any costs are required, the citizens are prepared to cover them.

I urge you to actively consider the proposals mentioned above. The NEC, being the party under suspicion, is a subject for investigation and cannot be the entity in charge of the recount. This could serve as a valuable opportunity for the National Assembly to restore the public's trust.
