It has been revealed that the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) "removed 62 Chinese spies in 2026 alone."

In a promotional video recently released on social media, the FBI described the arrest and removal of Chinese spies as a "historic 933% increase," explaining that this has "completely dismantled Beijing's deep-cover infiltration operations."

While it has not been confirmed which specific cases these figures relate to, some suggest that these numbers may also include spies involved in election interference.

This record in apprehending Chinese spies is believed to have significantly influenced President Donald Trump’s conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping during his state visit to Beijing last May.

During his visit to China, President Trump did not consume any food provided by the Chinese government, and upon leaving, he reportedly discarded all items he had received in China into the trash before departing.

The fact that President Xi released Pastor Ezra Jin following the U.S.-China summit is also interpreted as evidence of the major blow dealt to Chinese espionage activities within the United States.

Although the FBI did not specify which particular cases were linked to the removal of the 62 Chinese spies, major incidents previously disclosed through the media include: ▲ organizations operating fake recruitment websites (for online recruitment of spies); ▲ Thomas Weir Pauken II, who sought informants in the U.S. while funded by China’s Ministry of State Security; ▲ Yuance Chen and Len Ryan Lie, who engaged in espionage and the recruitment of U.S. military personnel; ▲ anonymous hackers involved in computer intrusions, economic espionage, and theft of trade secrets; ▲ a Chinese national arrested for illegally filming a Nebraska Air Force base; ▲ a university biology researcher caught attempting to smuggle E. coli DNA into China hidden within a clothing shipment; and ▲ an airline employee arrested for attempting to steal sensitive aircraft design blueprints for transport to China.

Meanwhile, the FBI video released by Director Patel also highlights that 113 foreign intelligence operatives active in the U.S. were neutralized, and that counterintelligence-related arrests surged by 53%, adding, "Just think about that. 53%! This means our technology stays within our borders, and our national defense secrets are thoroughly protected."

The FBI also stated that it has classified drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations and is actively pursuing them.

These changes led to the arrest of 4,800 individuals, the prevention of over 850 terror plots before they could be carried out, and the immediate thwarting of hundreds of potential disasters.

Furthermore, the FBI added that it is making a significant impact in the digital realm, with cybercrime prosecutions jumping by 77% and 32 criminal organizations being dismantled.

The FBI emphasized, "By breaking down bureaucratic hurdles and building a robust defensive posture, we are constructing an impregnable wall against our adversaries," noting that these activities mean "the hospitals your family relies on, the banks where you keep your savings, and the local power grids that supply your electricity are fully secured and defended."

The Bureau added, "No matter how much people debate, it is useless. Numbers do not lie. With the FBI taking a leading role, our country is safer than ever before."
