Rose AI Co., Ltd. (CEO Cho Young-jin) announced on the 16th that it held a ceremony to declare the acquisition of wireless fire safety certification (PCCC) and a contract signing ceremony with KD&C Corporation at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam, on the 12th. 

Rose AI has also signed strategic agreements with three local Vietnamese companies, expanding its market coverage throughout Vietnam and embarking on a campaign to conquer the Southeast Asian market. 

This declaration ceremony marks the starting point for the era of wireless fire safety in Vietnam. Approximately 100 attendees were present, including Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary-General of the Vietnam Fire and Rescue Association (VERA), Le Hong Duong, Head of the Membership Department, Mr. Tuấn, Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam Public Security Ministry, Nguyen Thi Huyen, President of the Vietnam Construction Association (VECAS), Mr. Dũng, CEO of Vietnam Fire Safety Joint Stock Company, as well as representatives from Vietnamese organizations, general construction companies, fire equipment companies, design/construction firms, Ko Tae-yeon, Chairman of the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and representatives and executives from four partner companies, including KD&C Corporation. 

Cho Young-jin, CEO of Rose AI, introduced the advantages of wireless fire safety systems and the AI-powered fire prediction system, a world-first developed by Rose AI, and stated in his opening remarks, "By adopting advanced AI fire safety technology, we have raised Vietnam's fire safety standards to the highest global level, and we are honored to contribute to this journey." 

Rose AI's AI-powered fire prediction system is a cutting-edge fire safety system that alerts users to fire risks through a Fire Risk Index before a fire occurs. 

Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary-General of VERA, introduced the global trends in smart fire safety and presented a blueprint for the development of Vietnam's fire safety industry through the innovation brought by Rose AI's technology and products. 

KD&C, which signed a contract with Rose AI, will be responsible for Rose AI's sales and installation in Vietnam, disseminating the AI fire safety system throughout the country. In addition, Rose AI signed strategic partnership agreements with three local Vietnamese companies that attended the event. The company anticipates that these partnerships will create diverse market opportunities. 

The Vietnamese fire safety market serves as a strategic base for Rose AI, which is preparing for its Nasdaq listing, with plans to expand its business throughout the Southeast Asian market. Since 2021, Rose AI has been preparing for its entry into Vietnam by establishing a local subsidiary, obtaining approval for all IoT fire alarm system products from the Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communications, acquiring a Vietnamese patent for its wireless fire safety system, and conducting pilot installation projects in schools and factories. With the acquisition of fire safety type approval, all preparations for market development have been completed, and the company has commenced full-scale business expansion through its partners.
