Currently at Olympic Park, patriotic citizens protesting against the massive election fraud of the past June 3 local elections have been carrying on a 24-hour struggle every day since June 5, regardless of heatwaves or heavy rain. ⒸHanmi Ilbo
We have often heard the saying, "Freedom is not free," and believe we should put it into practice, yet a significant number of people still believe that someone else will do it for them.
Currently at Olympic Park, patriotic citizens protesting against the massive election fraud of the past June 3 local elections have been carrying on a 24-hour struggle every day since June 5, regardless of heatwaves or heavy rain.
Because the struggle continues 24 hours a day, anyone can join at their convenience if they just take a little interest.
Therefore, saying that one is busy or lacks time is merely an excuse. No, they are simply people who still think freedom is free and wish for someone else to fight in their place.
If there are still those who are unsure or deny the election fraud, I urge you to visit Olympic Park now to verify the truth for yourself.
Regardless of age, gender, or status, you will see with your own eyes that the people shouting only for "a re-election due to election fraud and hand-counting of votes on election day" are by no means less knowledgeable than you, nor are they people who have fallen for conspiracy theories.
Furthermore, the current resistance against election fraud is spreading not only to major local cities such as Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Gwangju, but also to small and medium-sized cities. Just as the March 1st Movement spread like wildfire across the country in the past, it is very important to join the struggle in your own region.
The resistance at Olympic Park is a "true democratization movement" and a "second nation-founding movement."
I, and we, are very optimistic about the outcome of this struggle. This is because participation is increasing not only among the older generation but also among middle and high school students, office workers, and families. In particular, it is only natural to be optimistic about victory because more than 80% of middle and high school students are aware of the truth about the election fraud and are taking action. Moreover, this is bound to lead to international solidarity.
The current "true democratization struggle" will not simply end with a re-election for this June 3 local election. Because the fact that all previous elections, including the last presidential and general elections, were fraudulent is bound to be revealed, we call this a "second nation-founding movement."
Joining this holy and proud struggle is the right and duty of us all. I am surely not the only one whose hope grows greater rather than feeling tired while participating in the struggle day after day.
"Heaven helps those who help themselves."
Long live the patriotic citizens!
Long live the Republic of Korea!
