Judge Lee Young-hoon, Chairperson of the Gyeongnam Election Commission

I am issuing a warning to you. I am prepared to report you to the CIA and Mossad.

Wishing you continued success, I would like to address three matters regarding the Tongyeong Mayoral recount scheduled for July 27th.

First, you must not count fraudulent ballots as valid votes. A prime example of such fraudulent ballots is the so-called "brick ballot," which shows no signs of ever having been folded. 

In the June 3rd local elections, a large volume of these brick ballots was discovered at nearly every counting station. It is expected that these same brick ballots will appear in abundance at the Tongyeong Mayoral recount on July 27th. 

Let me be clear: "Shape-memory paper" does not exist on this earth. These are not legitimate ballots printed by printers at the polling stations; they are fraudulent ballots printed at a printing house and surreptitiously introduced into the counting stations. All such brick ballots must be ruled invalid.

Second, you have stated that you will "not permit filming" at the recount site on July 27th. You have no authority to prohibit filming at a recount site. Once voting concludes, observers at every counting station across the country film the entire counting process. 

In other words, filming is a fundamental right of the people to protect national sovereignty. In that sense, filming at a recount should be strongly encouraged. Yet, you are prohibiting it. This is a grave challenge to the people's suffrage and constitutes an abuse of power. 

Is your reason for blocking filming at the July 27th Tongyeong Mayoral recount perhaps a devious scheme, in collusion with those behind election fraud, to pass off fraudulent ballots as valid? If so, that is synonymous with admitting that you are either the mastermind or an accomplice in this election fraud. 

Third, if you prohibit filming at the Tongyeong Mayoral recount on July 27th, I will report you to the CIA and Mossad. 

I have already reported 15 election commission chairpersons (who are currently serving judges) to the CIA and Mossad for their involvement in introducing fraudulent brick ballots. 

The ROK-US Mutual Defense Treaty stipulates a joint response to external cyberattacks. South Korea, an ally of the United States, was subjected to a cyberattack that inflated the number of voters on election day, and sitting judges introduced brick ballots into the counting stations to match those inflated figures. 

I have requested that the US take action through the CIA—including arrests, financial sanctions, and the banning or deportation of their children from the United States—against the 15 sitting judges and election commission chairpersons mentioned above. 

Furthermore, I have notified Mossad that South Korea, a powerful ally in Northeast Asia, is at risk of being "China-ized" or "North Korea-ized" through fraudulent elections. This poses a serious threat to the security of Israel. 

I emphasize once again:

You must not prohibit filming inside the Tongyeong Mayoral recount site on July 27th. And you must not count brick ballots as valid votes. 

I expect you to act wisely. Furthermore, I hope you do not take my warning lightly.
