“Let us all take the lead for a second liberation to reclaim our lost national sovereignty.” 

The new Freedom and Innovation party, along with various liberal right-wing patriotic organizations, held a large-scale street protest to unite in their desire for the release of former President Yoon Suk Yeol and the restoration of national sovereignty lost through election fraud. 

At 2:00 PM on the 15th, patriotic right-wing citizens began their march from Exit 2 of Yangjae Citizen's Forest Station on the Shinbundang Line, proceeding along the straight course of Gangnam-daero to Yangjae Station, Gangnam Station, and finally in front of CGV Gangnam. Participants called for an "end to political repression" and the "release of former President Yoon Suk Yeol," shouting in unison that we must achieve a second liberation by defending liberal democracy. 

The event was attended by Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Freedom and Innovation party, and Min Kyung-wook, a former National Assembly member of the United Future Party (the predecessor to the People Power Party), as well as members of the Free University, the Election Fraud Prevention Task Force (Bu-Bang-Dae), and the ROTC Patriotic Comrades Association. 

Representative Hwang Kyo-ahn emphasized, "The Republic of Korea is currently facing political repression and threats to freedom," adding, "Just as the original meaning of Liberation Day suggests, we must stand against oppression and injustice to reclaim our freedom and rebuild a peaceful and just Republic of Korea for all citizens." 

Former lawmaker Min Kyung-wook reminisced, "Five years ago, when I protested at Exit 10 of Gangnam Station for two years without missing a single day, most participants were middle-aged or elderly," and noted, "I chose Gangnam Station because I felt it was necessary to awaken the many young people passing by. We cannot pass down a broken country to the youth; they are the ones who need to be made aware of the gravity of the election fraud issue." 

He continued, "Today, there are many young participants. I respect and love you all. You give us hope," and urged them, "You have finally responded. Earlier, Park Joon-young, head of the Free University, gave a truly excellent speech. I hope that by continuing to win like you did today, you will stand tall as the future leaders of this country."
