Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on the 25th (local time) that Russia is preparing to deploy North Korean troops to Voronezh, a region bordering Ukraine, according to a report by Reuters.

President Zelenskyy further noted that Russia intends to receive a contingent of 30,000 personnel from North Korea.

He added that North Korea also plans to provide Russia with new ballistic missile launchers.
