Japanese media reported that North Korean Chairman of the State Affairs Commission Kim Jong Un's special train, which is visiting China for the first time in six years to attend the '80th Anniversary of the Victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan' commemorative military parade, appeared to have passed through Shenyang in Liaoning Province around 7 AM on the 2nd.

The private broadcaster JNN reported this, stating that they filmed the train passing through Shenyang on that day.

The media outlet explained that the exterior of the train, with a green base and yellow stripes, matched the characteristics of Chairman Kim's special train.

They further claimed that the train's passage time did not significantly contradict the North Korean media reports that Chairman Kim's special train had crossed the China-North Korea border earlier that morning.

The media outlet reported, "Traffic control and security were lifted after the train passed through," and "Chairman Kim is expected to arrive in Beijing sometime after noon today."

Meanwhile, at a press conference on the same day, Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary Hayashi Yoshimasa, the government's spokesperson, stated regarding Chairman Kim's visit to China, "We are always collecting and analyzing information with significant interest regarding the situation in North Korea, including North Korea-China relations."
