Na Kyung-won, a member of the People Power Party, strongly criticized on Facebook on the 9th, stating, "Chung Jin-ho, the leader of the Democratic Party, has once again announced plans to seize control of the prosecution, judiciary, and media," and "He is aiming to complete his dictatorship under the guise of ending rebellion."

She pointed out that the Democratic Party's plan to dismantle the Supreme Prosecutors' Office is "a clear violation of the constitution that nullifies the system of the Prosecutor General stipulated in Article 89 of the Constitution." She further emphasized, "The establishment of special tribunals and the increase in the number of Supreme Court justices are all intended to defend President Lee Jae-myung's personal legal risks," and added, "The regime's unchecked advance is an act that shakes the constitutional order to its core."

Regarding the Democratic Party's media policy, she criticized, "Abolishing the Korea Communications Commission and creating a new body to oust specific individuals is retaliatory personnel action," and "They are trying to muzzle the press by even pushing for punitive damages legislation. This is an overt suppression of the media aimed at blinding the eyes and ears of the public."

Na pointed out, "In the last general election, the gap in support rates between the two parties was only 5.4 percentage points, but the Democratic Party gained 71 more seats due to the distortion of the system," and stated, "To package this as 'majority decision-making' and proceed with unchecked actions goes against the will of the people."

Na concluded by adding, "The people have never delegated their authority for the Democratic Party's unchecked advance," and "The Democratic Party's attempts to seize control of the power agencies will surely be remembered."
