On September 9, Liberty University is marching in the bustling streets of Myeongdong, Seoul. / Hankook Mi-ilbo (Korean-American Daily)

Cho Yang-gun  Columnist/Expert in Planning · Execution of Asphalt Right-Wing Rallies“What kind of freedom of expression is that? It's a disturbance. Please consider measures to stop it.”

These were the words Lee Jae-myung said to Minister of the Interior and Safety Yoon Ho-jung at a cabinet meeting on the 9th.

No president in history has ever publicly threatened a specific rally.

This proves that Liberty University's march and rally in Myeongdong has targeted Lee Jae-myung's vulnerable spot and was an excellent choice.

Liberty University has been marching through downtown Myeongdong and holding rallies every Tuesday from 8 PM to 10:30 PM.

Their main slogans are "Release President Yoon!!!", "Investigate the fraudulent election!!!", and "CCP OUT!!!".

Why hold rallies and marches? It is to inform and realize the intentions of the rally organizers and participating citizens. In particular, marches are a direct way to inform citizens, given how the trash media outlets refuse to report on them.

However, Lee Jae-myung's statement, following religious persecution, heralds a full-scale and intense crackdown on groups fighting against fraudulent elections, signifying a descent into a dictatorial state.

Even before this, there had been continuous suppression, including the search and seizure of the Liberty and Innovation Party, which fights against fraudulent elections, investigations and threats against poll watchers for the Anti-Fraud Prevention Agency (Bupangdae), and the persecution of leaders involved in the fight against fraudulent elections.

However, this will only shorten Lee Jae-myung's tenure. More citizens are becoming enraged and taking action, and this is being closely watched in the United States, making his resignation only a matter of time.

Lee Jae-myung's biggest Achilles' heel is being a fake president elected through fraudulent elections. It appears he is willing to pay any price to gain international recognition, including from the U.S., for this issue. The tariff issue has not yet been resolved, and the cold shoulder he received from the U.S. is also due to the fraudulent election.

I have consistently attended Liberty University rallies, and they have been exemplary marches and rallies. Before the march begins, announcements are made to avoid conflicts with nearby citizens and merchants, and many people fluent in English and Chinese are present to explain the purpose of the march to citizens. It is common to see hundreds of nearby citizens taking videos and photos and applauding.

There will be inconvenience for a small number of citizens. However, this is common in any rally, and in fact, many rally participants dine in Myeongdong, so they are playing a role in reviving the stagnant Myeongdong commercial district.

Now that Lee Jae-myung has publicly addressed his sore spot, Liberty University's rallies and the rallies protesting fraudulent elections are bound to grow exponentially.

Long live Liberty University!!!

Long live patriotic citizens!!!

Long live the Republic of Korea!!!
