The national righteous army must rise up to defend freedom.

My fellow citizens,
The Republic of Korea now stands at a crossroads where its constitutional order is being dismantled.
In his 100-day inaugural press conference, President Lee Jae-myung stated that "there is a hierarchy in power," implying that the National Assembly and the executive branch hold authority superior to that of the judiciary.
This is a confession of his intent to undermine the separation of powers—the very foundation of democracy—and amounts to nothing less than a declaration to reduce the Republic of Korea to an "elective dictatorship."
Professor Song Ho-keun warned that "the separation of powers is a fundamental principle of democracy," adding that "if someone exercises power arbitrarily and without limit simply because they were elected, it becomes an elective dictatorship." Professor Hwang Do-soo also pointed out that "the idea of establishing a hierarchy of powers is unconstitutional." These concerns from experts are, in fact, the concerns of the people and a warning from history.
The Lee Jae-myung regime and the Democratic Party of Korea are now attempting to create a monstrous piece of legislation called a "Special Tribunal for Insurrection." This is an act of tyranny, where the majority party in the National Assembly seeks to design and designate specific panels of judges to tame the judiciary to suit the regime's agenda.
A sitting judge stated bluntly, "If we deny the practice of random case assignment and instead appoint judges specifically to handle certain cases, the outcome becomes predictable to everyone." This is the prelude to political trials that negate fairness and justice.
My fellow citizens, democracy stands on the separation of powers and the system of checks and balances. As Montesquieu taught in The Spirit of the Laws, power can only be checked by power.
The Nazi regime, which dismantled these principles, used the pretext of majority rule to commit the Holocaust. As Professor Kim Young-soo said, "the separation of powers is an eternal, unchanging truth." President Lee Jae-myung’s remarks are the language of a dictator trampling upon that truth and a prelude to the annihilation of freedom.
Therefore, I, Shin Baek-hoon, an 의병 (Righteous Army) soldier defending the free market system, cry out in the name of the people:
President Lee Jae-myung, step down immediately!
Cease your trampling upon the freedom of the people and our constitutional order!
The Democratic Party must immediately halt its attempt to seize control of the judiciary!
If the people remain silent, today's submission will become tomorrow's enslavement.
My fellow citizens, it is time to turn our anger into action. To protect a free Republic of Korea, we must all become soldiers of the Righteous Army once again.
History has always passed judgment on dictators. Let us realize that failing to defend the freedom of the people is a grave sin against history and our descendants, and an act of ingratitude toward the ancestors and martyrs who founded and defended the Republic of Korea.
Let us adopt this proclamation as a code of conduct for the People’s Righteous Army and spread it far and wide. Let it reach every home, workplace, village, and city so that the flame of freedom is never extinguished.
