Seamus Bruner, research director at the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) (far left), speaks at a White House roundtable on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025. [Photo captured from the White House YouTube channel]
Seamus Bruner, research director at the Government Accountability Institute (GAI), stated that left-wing financiers like billionaire Neville Roy Singham are behind left-wing Antifa riots and protests.
At a roundtable discussion on Antifa with President Donald Trump on Wednesday afternoon, Bruner explained that he, GAI representative Peter Schweizer, and their team tracked financial flows to the top of what they call the "Protest Industrial Complex" or "Riot Inc."
Bruner explained that the so-called "Riot Inc." is composed of multiple divisions and that "dozens of radical groups" receive millions of dollars in funding from Riot Inc.
"We discovered a network of NGOs, and it's not just the Soros-funded Open Society Network. There are other funding networks like the Arabella Funding Network, Tides Funding Network, Neville Roy Singham and his network, and foreign funding," Bruner said. "And it also includes major left-wing financiers, some of whom are not citizens of this country."

Bruner further pointed out that these left-wing financiers are "pouring money into this entire ecosystem."
Bruner continued to share "three funding facts" about Riot Inc., explaining that there are "numerous divisions" such as a "communications department, marketing department," and even a "well-funded legal department."
Secondly, he stated, "we identified dozens of radical groups," adding, "not only distributed Antifa groups, but dozens of radical groups that have received over $100 million from Riot Inc. investors."
"These would be groups of lawyers, groups that defend calling good, honest Americans fascists," Bruner explained.
He continued, "Third, and this is the most shocking, we discovered that over $100 million in funds derived from the taxes of American taxpayers have flowed into these funding networks, and at least $4 million of that has gone directly to these groups themselves."
Regarding Singham, whom Bruner mentioned, British sources confirm that after building Thoughtworks, Inc., which he founded in 1993, into a software powerhouse, he sold it in 2017 to a fund group managed by the London-based private equity firm Apax Partners for approximately $785 million and retired that same year.
However, Chinese government records show that Singham has been listed as a director of Thoughtworks Beijing, a Chinese subsidiary of Thoughtworks, since at least 2022 until June 17, 2025, Breitbart News pointed out.
The New York Post reported in June that Singham was facing a congressional subpoena for allegedly funding "radical anti-Israel and Marxist groups" behind riots in Los Angeles.
According to an article written by Bruner in June, GAI uncovered how "official partners" behind the "No Kings" protests "have taken in $114.8 million from Arabella Advisors' dark money network since 2019" and "how professional protest organizations exploit taxes as a force multiplier."
In his article at the time, Bruner stated that the anti-Trump protests in June "were not going to be a spontaneous explosion" but rather "a meticulously planned production funded by the progressive dark money network organized by The Indivisible Project and managed and advised by Arabella Advisors."
"Since 2019, the Arabella network has poured over $100 million into the coffers of official protest partner groups (including the creators of official protest songbooks)," he wrote. "According to the organizers, this 'grassroots' 'National Day of Resistance' is aimed at Trump and his 'billionaire allies.' The largest donors to the Arabella network are the billionaire heroes of the left: George Soros, Bill Gates, Hansjorg Wyss, Mark Zuckerberg, and Reid Hoffman."
