The People Power Party claimed that the "Joint Fact Sheet" (joint explanatory materials) containing the results of trade and security negotiations between South Korea and the U.S. had not been released by the 7th, stating, "The Lee Jae-myung administration is once again becoming the boy who cried wolf regarding the South Korea-U.S. trade negotiations."

In a Facebook post that day, Floor Leader Song Eon-seok said, "Chief of Staff Kang Hoon-sik mentioned yesterday that the announcement would be made within this week, but this afternoon, National Security Advisor Wi Sung-lak changed his tune, saying, 'It is difficult to finalize the fact sheet.'"

Floor Leader Song criticized, "This can only be seen as Chief of Staff Kang perjuring himself during the parliamentary audit just the day before. Engaging in such erratic behavior towards the public is undermining the trust in President Lee Jae-myung and his administration."

He continued, "Senior Economic Advisor Kim Yong-beom admitted for the first time during yesterday's parliamentary audit that the change in quarantine procedures for U.S. apples would be included in the fact sheet. This fact overturns our previous statements that there would be absolutely no further agricultural market opening."

He emphasized that along with blocking the import of U.S. apples due to relaxed quarantine measures, there is a need for ▲ the construction of nuclear-powered submarines in Korea ▲ the maintenance of 'Most Favored Nation' (MFN) treatment for semiconductors, and ▲ ratification by the National Assembly in accordance with Article 60, Paragraph 1 of the Constitution.
