In Incheon, where a heavy rain warning was issued overnight, a series of damages occurred, including a road collapse and flooding of houses.

According to Incheon City and other sources on the 19th, a total of 13 cases of heavy rain damage were recorded in Incheon from 00:00 to 09:00 on the day.

Around 6:30 AM, a road collapsed in Oeri, Yeongheung-myeon, Ongjin-gun, Incheon, and access to the surrounding area was restricted.

Around 3:00 AM, soil erosion occurred in the section between Incheon Grand Park Station and Unyeon Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, and temporary measures were taken.

Prior to this, at approximately 2:44 AM, a house was flooded in Nonhyeon-dong, Namdong-gu, forcing three people from one household to evacuate.

As of 9:00 AM today, Incheon City is restricting access to 4 roads, 12 streams, 1 walking trail, and 1 parking lot.

The heavy rain warning, which was previously in effect in Ongjin and inland areas of Incheon, was lifted at 7:30 AM today.

Rainfall from 00:00 to 11:00 AM was 129 mm in Yeongheungdo, Ongjin-gun; 75.5 mm in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu; 69 mm in Deokjeokdo, Ongjin-gun; and 66.5 mm in Dongchun-dong, Yeonsu-gu.

954 officials from Incheon City and its 10 districts and counties were on emergency duty to prepare for heavy rain damage.

A spokesperson for the Capital Area Meteorological Administration said, "Although the rain has subsided in Incheon, it is expected to rain again at a rate of about 30 mm per hour tonight and early morning."
