On the 3rd, the special prosecutor demanded a sentence of 15 years in prison and a fine of 2 billion KRW for Mrs. Kim Keon-hee, who was indicted for charges related to the manipulation of Deutsch Motors stock prices. 

During the final hearing for Mrs. Kim, held at the Criminal Agreement Court 27 of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Woo In-seong), the special prosecutor requested a sentence of 11 years in prison, a fine of 2 billion KRW, and the confiscation of 811,443,596 KRW for violations of the Capital Markets Act and bribery, and 4 years in prison and the confiscation of 137,200,000 KRW for violations of the Political Funds Act. 

In her final statement, Mrs. Kim Keon-hee, the wife of former President Yoon Suk-yeol, stated, "There are many points of unfairness, but I believe I have done many things wrong relative to my role and qualifications. However, there are still grounds to dispute what the special prosecutor has claimed." 

She added, "Regardless, I am truly sorry for causing significant concern to the public because of me. I sincerely regret my actions."

The special prosecution team argued, "After the Deutsch Motors stock manipulation, all accomplices have stood before the court, but the defendant was the exception."

The sentencing date has been set for January 28th of next year.
