According to Shinsegae Group, Chairman Chung departed on the same day to attend the dinner held at the Vice President Vance's residence that evening (local time).

Key figures from U.S. politics and business, including personnel from the Rockbridge Network, founded by Vice President Vance, are expected to attend the dinner.

Chairman Chung serves as the Asia Chairman of the Rockbridge Network and is also a director of Rockbridge Network Korea, which launched as a think tank in October.

Shinsegae Group stated that Chairman Chung will continue to consider how his accumulated global network can contribute to the growth of Shinsegae Group and, furthermore, to the development of the Korean economy.
