The funeral for Lee Young-chul, the founder of the famed 'Youngcheol Burger' at Korea University, who passed away at the age of 58 on the 13th, took place at 6:30 AM on the 15th. Mourners continued to visit Room 102 of the funeral hall at Korea University Anam Hospital, where his wake was held. Even after the funeral procession, tributes of flowers and alcohol continued to be placed at the original Youngcheol Burger store in Anam-dong, Seoul. The founder, Lee Young-chul, maintained affordable prices for students with limited budgets and has donated 20 million won annually to Korea University as scholarships since 2004.
