Kim Byung-joon, Co-Representative of the Professors' Association for the Practice of Freedom and Justice (PAPJ).Three weeks ago, American journalist Lara Logan revealed the full extent of election fraud in the 2020 US presidential election, allegedly conducted through Venezuela's electronic vote-counting system, in episode 45 of her podcast, "Lara Logan Has No Agenda." The interview featured former high-ranking CIA operative Gary Berntsen and Ralph Pezzullo, author of "Stolen Election." 

In response, U.S. President Donald Trump emphasized the need to "focus all our energy and capabilities on election fraud" and vowed to present a truckload of evidence of electoral malfeasance. 

The revelations, centered around Pezzullo's book "Stolen Election," are nothing short of shocking. In summary, they are as follows:

In 2019, while conducting investigations into drug trafficking and money laundering in Venezuela, the CIA inadvertently uncovered activities related to U.S. election fraud. During this process, the involvement of Antonio Mugica, Roger Piñate, and Alfredo Anzola, who designed the fraudulent election system for the Chávez regime, was revealed. 

These three engineers were handpicked by Hugo Chávez (who ruled from 2002 to 2013), the leader of Venezuela's left-wing movement. It is known that he received advice from Cuba's Castro on how electronic voting could facilitate his grip on power through fraud. 

These engineers subsequently became instrumental in extending Chávez's rule through illegal election manipulation, including rigging the 2004 recall referendum through electronic voting fraud to secure his reconfirmation. 

Afterward, Chávez nationalized Venezuela's oil reserves, the largest in the world. Using the proceeds from oil sales and leveraging drug cartel networks, he amassed approximately $2 trillion in lobbying funds and exported his fraudulent election system throughout Latin America. 

This facilitated the rise of left-wing regimes (such as those of Morales in Bolivia, Ortega in Nicaragua, and the Kirchner administration in Argentina) and even extended their influence into the United States, a perceived adversary. 

Following Chávez's death and the rise of Nicolás Maduro as the left-wing leader, these individuals infiltrated the U.S. political, governmental, and judicial sectors through various lobbying activities. They established Smartmatic Corp., an operator of fraudulent electronic vote-counting systems, in Florida. Subsequently, they succeeded in deploying their state-level vote-counting systems, starting in California and expanding into swing states. 

Smartmatic later merged with Sequoia Voting Systems, a U.S. touchscreen manufacturer, and also merged with the Canadian company Dominion Voting Systems. After a period of subsequent division, Smartmatic and Dominion were reorganized into a two-company structure, both equipped with the same Venezuelan system. 

In reality, President Trump, who maintained a lead until 11 PM on election night in 2020, unfortunately lost to candidate Biden, who saw a dramatic surge in votes with the counting of mail-in ballots. This was reportedly due to the definitive fraudulent manipulation by both Smartmatic and Dominion, the two electronic voting companies. 

Trump found these anomalous vote counts difficult to accept and commissioned an investigation by the top private investigative firms at the time. However, these firms were also influenced by Venezuelan funding, providing false reports. At that time, all surrounding institutions were already compromised by Venezuelan influence. 

Subsequently, Trump lost a series of election nullification lawsuits, purportedly due to a lack of definitive evidence, similar to the situation in South Korea. 

According to Berntsen and Pezzullo, Venezuela has exported its fraudulent election system to a total of 72 countries. The evidence that could not be presented during the election lawsuits was reportedly handed over to the Trump administration just before the 2024 presidential election by an unknown individual who had directly participated in Venezuela's election fraud in the U.S. 

This enabled the Trump camp to secure complete evidence, including testimonies detailing the extent of Venezuela's election fraud in the U.S. and the source code. 

Without the source code, even examining the systems of both companies would make it difficult to trace the deletion of actual voter records and the insertion of fake voter records. In South Korea, there is a significant difference as it is not even possible to verify the main computer server of the Central Election Commission. 

Beyond Cuba, China was also deeply involved in Venezuela's interference in U.S. elections. 

The Chinese Communist Party, using Huawei equipment, supplied Dominion system hardware to the U.S. through Taiwan, with forged branding, and jointly developed software engineers with Venezuela. 

An interesting detail is that the program was remotely manipulated from Serbia, a pro-China European nation, to operate the Smartmatic and Dominion systems. The president of Iran, an adversary of the United States, was invited by Maduro, and the two watched the live broadcast of the 2020 U.S. presidential election from Caracas, Venezuela's capital, and cheered. 

In essence, China, in close consultation with Venezuela, has jointly pursued a strategy of fostering left-wing regimes worldwide, not through past armed struggle, but through election fraud and manipulation. 

In South Korea, it is well known among patriotic right-wing activists in both Korea and the U.S. that a fraudulent election system named the Mir System (now K-Voting) was exported to countries constructing China's Belt and Road Initiative through A-Web (Association of World Election Bodies), located in Incheon. 

Fortunately, with the implementation of a national enlightenment-driven state of emergency on December 3, 2024, it was possible to prove that the origin of the fraudulent election equipment exported to Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa under the name K-Voting was China, and that the Republic of Korea is not the actual exporter of fraudulent election systems. 

Of course, the fact that the globalist left-wing Deep State, centered around the U.S. Democratic Party, provided financial support for A-Web and the COVID-19 vaccine distribution through USAID has also been extensively revealed by Elon Musk. At that time, President Trump immediately dismantled USAID, replacing it with a new entity. 

Despite these developments, the process of definitively proving the existence of election fraud, both in South Korea and the United States, is arduous and lengthy. However, hope exists for us as well. The decisive factor in the Trump administration being able to comprehensively confirm election fraud was the active involvement of certain individuals deeply committed to patriotism and justice. 

First, individuals like Gary Berntsen and Ralph Pezzullo, who were interviewed by Lara Logan, were suppressed by the FBI and CIA, accused of spreading false information, despite exposing election fraud. Ultimately, Berntsen's family had to flee to Switzerland. 

Although Pezzullo completed his book "Stolen Election" immediately after the 2020 election fraud, publishers shied away from publishing it. It was not until June 2025, after Trump's inauguration, that the book was published, indicating the significant persecution he faced. 

Furthermore, Patrick Byrne, founder of the online shopping mall Overstock, a friend of Warren Buffett's son, a just and astute businessman, has dedicated his entire fortune to exposing election fraud. 

He spent a staggering $80 million to secretly retrieve an unknown whistleblower of election fraud who had returned to his home country, Venezuela, due to visa expiration. 

Through these efforts, the Trump administration was able to obtain the source code, which serves as direct physical evidence of election fraud. The persistent efforts of a few patriots were, therefore, crucial in saving America from a world of lies and deception. 

A similar miraculous case can be found in South Korea. Despite the left-wing Lee Jae-myung, with full support from China, attempting to orchestrate election fraud in the 2022 presidential election as before, conservative President Yoon Suk-yeol was elected. 

The fact that President Yoon won by a narrow margin of 0.7%, even with the manipulation of early voting, was largely due to the active participation of passionate patriotic citizens in South Korea, mirroring the situation in the United States. 

When "pre-marked ballots" were discovered in a specific district in Eunpyeong-gu just before the closing time on the first day of early voting, due to the COVID-19 quarantine measures, patriotic citizens, along with lawyers, staged a strong protest. In response, Noh Jeong-hee, the then Chairperson of the Central Election Commission, resigned. 

Subsequently, the method of in-person voting for COVID-19 confirmed cases was officially adopted, completely prohibiting proxy delivery. Considering that the number of confirmed cases at the time was approximately 250,000, if all of them had been involved in fraudulent manipulation, a discrepancy of up to 500,000 votes could have occurred. 

The total vote difference in the presidential election results at the time was only 250,000. The fact that candidate Yoon Suk-yeol won by a 0.7% margin precisely matches the reduced scope for fraudulent manipulation of these ballots due to the discovery of fraudulent ballots from confirmed cases. 

While this is my subjective judgment, given that it would be impossible to overcome the power of election manipulation programs, it is considered true that the normal voting of confirmed cases played a decisive role in electing candidate Yoon Suk-yeol. 

The fraudulent group, confident in their system manipulation, had orchestrated the election so that Lee Jae-myung would win by a narrow margin (e.g., Lee Jae-myung's 0.7% victory). However, due to the discovery of fraudulent ballots from confirmed cases in Eunpyeong-gu, it is my assessment that the Yoon camp was able to reverse the election results. 

Of course, considering this a miscalculation, the manipulators of fraudulent elections, in the 2024 general election, have astonishingly manipulated the number of ruling party members of parliament to around 180, creating a much larger gap than in the past. 

Through this, they aim to utilize the president's emergency powers to have President Yoon's state of emergency declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court on baseless grounds, leading to impeachment, and are currently forcibly prosecuting President Yoon. Who can deny that this is an attempt to compensate for the miscalculation of 2022?

We can draw an important lesson from this. That is, truth ultimately triumphs when justice is exercised to the end, regardless of any hardship or pressure. 

Now, President Trump of the United States, after four years of patient endurance, is fully prepared to expose election fraud to the world. We, the patriotic citizens, must also not lose hope until the very end. 

Did we not learn from the miracle of President Yoon Suk-yeol's narrow victory in 2022 that even if they engage in vicious election fraud, truth will ultimately prevail?

Indeed, no matter how thorough injustice and corruption may be, there will always be leaks. Even a small crack, if fought for persistently, can lead to the victory of justice and truth. 

Just as the dedicated efforts of a few patriots in the U.S. contributed to obtaining decisive evidence, we too can create miracles, no matter how insidious the schemes of China and its followers, the current ruling party, may be. 

We must remember that the power of our patriotic citizens' unity, though seemingly humble, is immense enough to change the world. Did not even our strong ally, the United States, after a long period of patient waiting, finally defeat Venezuela and China, the designers and implementers of election fraud? Let us believe in the power of truth. Truth is the best solution to eradicate election fraud.
