New allegations have surfaced regarding Rep. Kim Byung-ki. 

According to various media outlets on the 15th, the controversy now involves alleged abusive behavior towards Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market merchants.

There are claims from merchants that Rep. Kim Byung-ki dined with his middle and high school classmates and friends at the Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market and did not pay the bill.

Allegations have been raised that after meals amounting to hundreds of thousands to millions of won, payment was not made and the Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market Merchants' Association covered the costs. It is reported that this occurred 2-3 times a month.

In response, Rep. Kim Byung-ki maintains a stance of "no basis in fact."

However, given the highly specific nature of the statements, there is a high probability that the allegations are true.

One citizen stated, "For Rep. Kim Byung-ki to restore his reputation and make a political comeback, he must faithfully cooperate with the police investigation and prove his innocence."
