There is something the left excels at: moving in an organized, planned manner.
In Korean modern and contemporary history, "Party Cell" was the name for the lowest-level grassroots organizations of the Workers' Party of Korea. They were organized in units of 5 to 30 people within villages, workplaces, and schools, and then served to swiftly deliver directives from the party to workers and residents.
Cells were indispensable for implementing the party's policies on the ground. Just as the human body is supported by cells, cells were the force that sustained the party in a communist society.
This cell-type organization, which organizes, relays, and reports, is being passed down intact to today's far-left activists. The "Rapid Response Team," whose reality was revealed in the recent fatal shooting incident in Minneapolis, is the most fitting example.
Local Incident Escalates to National Protest within Hours
The coordinated movement of the Rapid Response Team on the day Alex Perea (37), a white civilian, was killed by gunfire from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Minneapolis was astonishing.
According to a Fox News report on the 26th (local time) titled "Far-left Network Helped Put Perea in Danger, Turned Him into a Martyr," the left has a well-structured database including encrypted chats, street alerts, and an "abductor" tracking network for ICE, allowing them to communicate actively with each other like a cell organization.
The report indicates that, based on the database, the accidental collision between the two sides on the day of Perea's death did not occur, but rather the Rapid Response Team deliberately approached ICE and Border Patrol agents.
In movies, when American citizens are approached by police or agents with guns, they raise their hands and signal complete surrender, saying "Don't shoot." This is because they know they can pull the trigger at any moment. Those who conceal a weapon are particularly likely to be victims of agent gunfire.
However, Perea continued to act defiantly even as agents made him lie on the ground. This was despite him carrying a weapon at his waist.
'Leftists Track ICE Agents Using Databases'
The time of his death was 10:05 AM on the 24th (all times local).

Upon the shooting incident, socialist, communist, and Marxist-Leninist cells across the United States sprang into action. It took less than a few hours for the Perea shooting incident to transform into nationwide mass protests.
Paul Mauro, a contributor to Fox News, stated, "While the grief and anger over Perea's death are real, the network's rapid, real-time response, utilizing short, sensational videos and emojis as propaganda weapons, is how the far-left operatives foment confrontation with the government."
When an incident occurs, the far-left mobilizes all available logistics, messaging, and coordination systems to escalate the situation and generate buzz. This is something the right could never imagine. The right is not only unorganized but also relatively naive and laid-back.
J.D. Vance, the current U.S. Vice President, exposed on X on the 25th (local time), "This manufactured and manipulated chaos is unique to Minneapolis. It's a direct result of far-left agitators working with local authorities."
'Rapid Response Team's Busy Movements on the Day of the Incident
Fox News obtained encrypted Signal messages from the leftists, revealing that the "Anti-ICE Rapid Response Team" was actively tracking, broadcasting, and requesting "support" from federal agents within the same team.
Perea's shooting occurred "in front of Glam Doll Donuts on Nicollet Avenue." Before the shooting, the "Rapid Response Team" had already logged at least 26 vehicle license plates and detailed information around Nicollet Avenue in a database called "MN ICE License Plates."
Even after the incident, reports such as "Multiple vehicles and many agents appear to be converging there" and "One confirmed ICE vehicle, license plate purple Dodge Durango, headed north on Nicollet Ave" were uploaded.
ICE Deputy Director Marcus Charles stated, "Given the 'chaos and mayhem' being stoked by agitators in Minneapolis, the violence on the streets is anything but accidental."

Video footage from the scene shows that while Perea was in the middle of Nicollet Avenue directing traffic, other protesters could be heard blowing whistles to alert that ICE agents were nearby.
Shortly after, Perea confronted CBP agents and was shot within minutes, at 10:05 AM (local time). Then, at 10:18 AM, the Signal network exploded.
Messages began to appear with a full alert in red emojis on the screen.
"URGENT: Observer needed urgently at Glam Doll Donuts @ 26th and Nicollet."
"Observer shot by ICE, condition unknown, EMTs are en route. Be advised. Correction: medics are requesting backup from surrounding areas in case agents deploy gas. Note that many agents and MPD officers are present."
Within minutes of the incident, far-left protesters converged on Nicollet Avenue. Shortly thereafter, boxes of supplies, including masks and bottled water for protesters, arrived.
And within hours, the far-left leadership activated the "Rapid Response Team" in Minneapolis, mobilizing street protesters from New York City to Los Angeles.
Fox News claimed, "Far-left organizations in the United States, particularly radical socialist and communist groups, are using the tragedy in Minneapolis as an opportunity for domestic political warfare."
It also pointed out, "This strategy, similar to the murder of George Floyd in May 2020 and the case of Rene Gools, a victim of ICE shooting in Minneapolis, is presenting Perea, a Veterans Affairs hospital nurse, as a symbol of resistance to garner sympathy."
Fox News states the following:
"Socialist, communist, and Marxist-Leninist groups in the United States are now framing their activities as a struggle against American 'far-right imperialism,' just as they mobilized 'comrades' within 12 hours of the U.S. arresting Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela in early January, taking to the streets."
Furthermore, their analysis of dozens of rapid response messages following the Perea shooting incident revealed that communist and socialist non-profit organizations emerged as the main organizers of the protests.
Many of them are reportedly funded by Neville Roy Singham, a self-proclaimed Marxist-Leninist and American-born billionaire residing in Shanghai.
Financial Backers of Communists
Since 2017, Singham has been funding the People's Forum Inc., a non-profit hub that serves as an incubator for socialist and communist organizations in New York City. The People's Forum, meanwhile, declined to comment on this matter to Fox News.
Breakthrough News, a non-profit propaganda outlet of the People's Forum, broadcasted the news of Perea's fatal shooting at 10:48 AM that day. They inserted gunshots and urgent narration into a video filmed in front of Glam Doll Donuts.
"Oh my God. What the hell! Did they kill that guy? Are you kidding me, man?"
Breakthrough News also added a sensational caption to the video: "Breaking News: Another CBP Shooting in Minneapolis."
By the afternoon of the 24th, the video had garnered 4.1 million views, with comments supporting China, Maduro of Venezuela, and the Cuban communist revolution.
Before the video cut out, someone's voice could be heard saying, "Yo, we need people on the ground!"
Fox News interpreted this cry as a call for Minnesota socialists and workers to mobilize protesters for an anti-ICE demonstration.
Meanwhile, the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) also used images of Alex Perea in posters for their anti-ICE campaign.
At 11:40 AM, Breakthrough News released a 39-second video showing state police holding batons and crossing the street.
At 12:24 PM, the PSL released a hastily produced graphic in collaboration with the People's Forum leadership: "CBP Murders Another in Minneapolis! Expand the General Strike!"
Fox News exposed, "A general strike is a classic communist tactic: a planned, large-scale work stoppage designed to paralyze civil society and force political and economic concessions."
Socialist Organizations Thrive on the Blood of Martyrs
At 12:33 PM, the People's Forum created and distributed posters calling for an "Emergency Rally at 4 PM" in Union Square, Midtown Manhattan. These posters bore the message, "Stop ICE Terror."

At 12:57 PM, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), a non-profit organization that elected Jorjaan Mamdani as mayor of New York, posted on social media X, "Abolish ICE Now," with the word "Execution."
Linda Sarsour, a Palestinian political activist, declared before the 4 PM rally, "We will paralyze this country!"
She is known for leading intense anti-Israel protests alongside socialist groups following the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
Several other organizations were mobilized for the rally that day, including the "Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO)," which identifies itself as a Marxist-Leninist group.
The name was familiar; it was the same group that led the protests after the Rene Gools shooting. The red flag flying in the middle of the city bore the inscription "FRSO."
Additionally, the Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee was actively present at the protest site, along with a branch of Black Lives Matter operating primarily through Christian churches, Fox News reported.
A Meticulous Operation to Vilify Federal Officials as the Axis of Evil
As the afternoon progressed, far-left propaganda organs began to select strong language to brand federal officials as Nazis.
At 4:12 PM, communist activist Carla Wallach issued a directive: "Minneapolitans erect barricades and trap ICE Gestapo at a daytime murder scene. Not far from where Rene Gools was murdered weeks ago, and not far from where George Floyd was murdered in 2020."
She had previously posted a 32-second video titled "Death to Israel!" featuring barricades made of trash cans, and last summer, she filmed a video in Iran shouting, "Death to America!"
In the evening, the left-leaning media outlet CNN reported on the 4 PM protest in New York City but did not disclose the ideological affiliations of those who organized it, despite the protesters carrying signs from the Party for Socialism and Liberation that clearly displayed the organization's name.
In another CNN broadcast from Minneapolis, Chris Gray was interviewed and described only as "Perea's neighbor."
Gray spoke eloquently and articulately about Perea, advocating for the dismantling of the "Trump regime," promoting "non-violent resistance," and calling for a general strike. In reality, Gray is a member of the socialist alternative party "Socialist Alternative" in the United States.
This organization aims to create a "socialist world" and is known as a "global struggle organization for workers, youth, and all oppressed by capitalism and imperialism."
Indeed, socialists proudly shared this interview on Instagram, stating, "Chris Gray, a member of Socialist Alternative and a neighbor of Alex Perea, has spoken out."
At 9:44 PM, Gloria La Riva, co-founder of the Party for Socialism and Liberation and a self-described "communist," posted on X using inflammatory language: "Alex Perea was coldly murdered. Everyone knows it. Shot 10 times in the back. All the lies from Trump, Noem, and BoBo can't cover it up. The people's struggle will grow!"
Rapid Response Team Already on Site Before Shooting
The left's "Rapid Response Team" continued to upload information on the movements of ICE agents in Minnesota to their database even on the 25th, the day after the incident.

On that day, the database contained 4,626 license plate records categorized as "Highly Suspected ICE," "Confirmed ICE," "Suspected ICE," "Cleared – Not ICE," and "Unknown."
The "Confirmed ICE" category alone had 2,933 entries. The category labeled "Abductors" had 455 entries.
The detailed provisions state that this data is "for informational purposes only," and its organizers state that it "is not permitted to be used to forcibly attack, resist, obstruct, or interfere with the official duties of any official or employee of the United States government, or any agency of any department of the United States government."
ICE vehicles believed to have been outside the shooting scene were also reportedly added to the "Rapid Response Team's" database.
What is surprising is that the Rapid Response Team had already gathered on the streets minutes before the shooting on the morning of the 24th.
The database guide, "Best Practices Guide for Neighborhood or Area Patrol/Surveillance: 612," included emojis and a code of conduct like the following:

"🚗💨 = Mobile Patrol/Commuter - Searching for agents while moving in vehicles."
"🚗📍 = Stationary Patrol/Surveillance - Searching for agents from vehicles stationed at key locations in the area."
"🏃🏻♀️ = Foot Patrol - Searching for agents on foot."
"☎️ = Dispatch - Monitoring live broadcasts, group calls for patrols."
"📟 = Hyperlocal Group Messenger - Ready to relay to individual neighborhoods and blocks."
"🦺 = School/Event Safety Observer - Assigned and connected to a specific school or event."
"🍽️ = License Plate Check - Ready to cross-reference with a known list of license plates."
"⛑️ = Medical Personnel - Ready to provide medical support."
"❤️🩹 = Aftercare Provider - Can connect with responders after an incident."
Their organized and meticulous actions are beyond imagination.
For instance, the purple Dodge Durango that was in front of Glam Doll Donuts on Nicollet Avenue had been spotted three times previously (on January 11th at 3 PM outside the Whipple Federal Correctional Institution, on January 13th at 1:15 PM, and most recently in the Powderhorn Park parking lot between 35th and 14th Streets).
Tags included "Spotted in convoy, tinted/blacked out windows, ICE agents in vehicle" and "Final confirmation ICE sighting."
While socialist groups dispatched people to Nicollet Avenue on the evening of the 25th, the groups were active all day. At 4:37 PM, an alert was issued, and the Rapid Response Team scoured the town in pursuit of a black Dodge Durango.
Encrypted Signal messages reveal that the "Rapid Response Team" mobilized protesters to continuously condemn federal agents and that socialist groups instigated the protests.
On the day of the shooting, Perea not only possessed a firearm but also fiercely resisted the agents' attempt to subdue him, as if he had been instructed to do so.
U.S. federal agents, including law enforcement, are always on guard against individuals carrying firearms. They are extremely vigilant about people carrying guns, even if hidden discreetly inside their clothing. This is why they had to react urgently to the words "Gun, gun!"
Fox News' report is not intended to mock Perea, who was killed in the shooting. Rather, it suggests the possibility that an organization wishing for his martyrdom exists behind him.
Why was the "Rapid Response Team" already present at the scene before the incident even occurred? Why did Perea bring a gun to a protest? Why did he resist so violently that six agents had to rush in to subdue him?
