Retired U.S. Army General Michael Flynn has warned that if the public remains silent, the politicization of investigative agencies will accelerate.

In an exclusive interview with LindellTV on the 5th (local time), General Flynn, who served as National Security Advisor during the first Trump administration, expressed strong concern, stating, "If the American people do not demand justice now, the 'weaponization of government' will accelerate."

"Weaponization of government" is a term used to describe a situation where investigative agencies such as the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are misused as tools to target political opponents, suppress political dissent, and become subservient to the regime.

It is American political slang that sarcastically refers to the Biden administration's excessive censorship and even prosecution of the pro-Trump camp, which claims "election fraud," through a selective double standard, thereby suppressing them.

General Flynn pointed out that "the current Department of Justice (under the Trump administration) is also politically corrupt," indicating that pro-Biden forces operating within government organizations are hindering reform. He lamented, "If the Department of Justice does not act, the people will lose their country."

He called for the immediate punishment of "key Obama-era intelligence officials" involved in a conspiracy to undermine a legitimately elected president, stating, "These are the most serious crimes in American history." He predicted, "The five individuals to be punished are Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, and Strzok, and Clapper will probably be the first."

This refers to former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey, former Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, and former FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok.

In the same interview, General Flynn reiterated the need for historical accountability by stating the maxim, "Responsibility is the price of freedom. If no one is held accountable for treason, they will commit treason again."

Previously, in an interview broadcast on LindellTV on the 21st of last month, General Flynn had urged the Trump administration to take decisive action, saying, "The DNI has sufficient evidence of treason."

He conveyed, "The American people know that they committed treason and that something has to happen," adding, "The public says they know there was a plot to overthrow this country, and they have heard that there is sufficient evidence of treason, but no action has been taken yet."

He further warned about the serious corruption within the U.S. government, stating, "The justice system isn’t working," and emphasized that it is time for Trump to make a decision, asserting, "Trump has a constitutional obligation to defend the Republic."
