Tourmin, a specialized travel agency for families and honeymoons (CEO Min Kyung-se), held a press conference on the 10th at the Korea Press Center in Seoul for journalists from 25 media outlets in Seoul to commemorate its 10th anniversary.

Attendees at the press conference included Tourmin CEO Min Kyung-se, Executive Director Lee Seul-gi, Director Jung Sang-young, Manager Park Han-na, Tourmin Suwon Branch Manager Kim Jun-seok, and Incheon Branch Manager Hwang Eun-ok.

The participants had an active session to introduce the competitiveness of Mr. Min's Official Tourmin Naver Cafe, the recently established nationwide direct branch system, and Tourmin's future endeavors related to the launch of global travel products.

It is no exaggeration to say that the choices for prospective newlyweds in Korea are virtually divided between Bali and the Maldives. The commonality between the two destinations is that they both offer the intimacy and privacy preferred by couples.

Tourmin recognized this early on and, over the past 3 to 5 years, has focused on developing and pioneering differentiated local resorts beyond the uniform resort packages in Bali and the Maldives.

Unlike existing honeymoon travel agencies that pursued high profits through the sale of a few resorts, Tourmin has taken the lead in discovering new, high-quality resorts in Bali and the Maldives.

Through this, we are not only expanding customer choice but also focusing on diversity, service quality that competitors cannot match, and overwhelming value for money.

A representative example is the record of attracting 10,000 people annually to the Maldives for three consecutive years (based on the number of departures to the Maldives).

Tourmin has quickly discovered and introduced to customers not only famous brand resorts in the Maldives but also new resorts with low recognition but high potential.

By applying this pioneering spirit to Bali as well, we are setting a new milestone in the uniform Bali travel market by launching products in unique regions such as Munduk, Nusa Penida, and Canggu.

In the first half of last year, Tourmin launched Coron, Philippines, as the first in Korea with the slogan 'Maldives of Southeast Asia'. This is a strategically developed product for customers who find long-haul flights and high costs burdensome, allowing them to enjoy an environment similar to the Maldives in nearby Southeast Asia.

CEO Min Kyung-se stated, "Last summer, we took a step ahead in the global travel market by launching a honeymoon travel product to Cuba, a bucket list destination for many, for the first time in Korea. Based on this, from 2026 onwards, we plan to expand beyond Bali, the Maldives, Coron, and Cuba to target the global market by actively pioneering new destinations and becoming a global travel agency."
