While all administrative procedures, including the receipt of the publication registration certificate, have been completed, we are experiencing some delays in areas such as paper procurement and printing contracts.

We are currently making provisional arrangements for the first publication date to be around the 21st, with the domestic delivery date estimated for the 23rd.

We are committed to ensuring accurate delivery to all readers who have subscribed.

Should the launch be further delayed beyond the 21st, management is considering a refund policy. This would involve calculating the subscription start date and the first payment date to ensure no financial loss for our readers. The refund amount would correspond to the period of delay in receiving the publication.

We will remain focused and do our utmost until the sets sail and finds its steady course towards our precious readers.
