There used to be a saying, "The left collapses due to division, and the right collapses due to corruption." However, today, the left does not collapse due to division, nor does it collapse due to corruption.
On the other hand, the right is said to be on a downward path, despite having neither division nor corruption.
In past elections, the right has never been divided. They have always fielded a single candidate from the People Power Party. For the upcoming June 3rd local elections, the People Power Party will also field a single candidate. The reason the right has always been able to present a unified candidate is due to the sacrifice of minority parties.
Nevertheless, if the term "division" is used to describe the right, it is a frame set by the left. More accurately, it is "leftists disguised as conservatives" who are not conservative or centrist.
These leftists disguised as conservatives are more focused on severing ties with the president their party produced and attacking their party leader, rather than attacking Lee Jae-myung. Why are they instigating division within the right?
It is because they need to conceal election fraud by framing it as division. They need to turn all the patriotic conservatives in the squares into enemies to cover up election fraud. The "Yoon-again" faction is synonymous with the "faction that eradicates fraudulent elections" and the "faction that eradicates anti-state forces."
When the People Power Party announced its resolution to break ties with President Yoon, I was suddenly reminded of the "SAVE America Act" led by U.S. President Donald Trump.
This bill, which primarily calls for △voter ID verification and △complete abolition of mail-in voting (with minor exceptions), received the full support of American citizens. However, it barely passed the House of Representatives and is pending in the Senate. Its passage is uncertain.
President Trump is staking his presidency on passing this bill. This is because only election integrity can guarantee victory in the mid-term elections and lay the foundation for the Republican Party's long-term rule.
Such a system should be implemented in South Korea as well.
Many developed European countries are institutionalizing in-person voting on election day, rather than early voting, to ensure fairness and security in their elections.
Currently, the majority of citizens are not very interested in the June 3rd local elections. This is because these elections are expected to be conducted through fraudulent means anyway. If election fraud occurs, even King Sejong the Great would be defeated if he ran.
The "Yoon-again" faction consists of ordinary citizens who have awakened. They are the ones fighting desperately in the squares on behalf of the People Power Party, and they are also the ones who will vote despite the low turnout of less than 50% in the local elections. To reiterate, the right has never been divided.
Are not the forces calling for a severance of ties with these conservatives the second wing of the Democratic Party and thus leftists?
Long live patriotic citizens!!!
Long live the Republic of Korea!!!
