Requested U.S. Congress to Adopt Resolution for Yoon's Release… “South Korea is Almost Communist”
“China's Election Interference in Korea Considered Direct Invasion Under ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty”

“A Nation Founded on President Rhee Syngman's Prayers… Ready to Stand with Blood Alliance America”
“Could Not Fight Lee with People Power Party, So Founded New Party… Will Fight for Election Justice”
Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Freedom and Innovation Party, urged the U.S. government and Congress to prepare a joint ROK-U.S. resolution for a joint investigation into alleged Chinese Communist Party (CCP) interference in South Korean elections, stating at the largest conservative conference in the United States that "President Yoon Suk-yeol was impeached due to the machinations of pro-China factions who seized the National Assembly through election fraud."
At the main stage solo speech themed "K-Pop Communist Hunter" on the third day of the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, at 10:05 AM on March 27 (local time), Hwang emphasized, "We request the U.S. Congress to adopt a resolution calling for the immediate release of President Yoon, who has been impeached and detained due to the machinations of anti-state forces and the CCP."
In his opening remarks, Hwang lamented, "South Korea has almost completely become communist, and the rule of law and separation of powers have collapsed. Freedom of expression has also disappeared. They have even enacted laws with penalties of up to 10 years in prison for discussing election fraud, and are now creating laws to shut down churches."
He continued, "Over 80% of the South Korean people are pro-American, and over 90% are anti-China. However, contrary to public sentiment, the political sphere has become pro-China because the National Assembly was seized by pro-China factions through election fraud." He stressed the urgent need to release President Yoon, who he described as a victim of the impeachment plot, from prison.
Hwang urged, "Under the ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, we consider the CCP's interference in South Korean elections as a direct invasion of the ROK-U.S. alliance and request the immediate intervention of the Trump administration," also calling for immediate U.S. intervention against China's cyber election system hacking.
In particular, he requested direct sanctions against those involved in election fraud, appealing, "Similar to the cases of Venezuela and Brazil, we request strong direct sanctions by the Trump administration, including asset freezes, against officials from the Supreme Court and the National Election Commission involved in South Korean election fraud."
Hwang proposed a joint ROK-U.S. investigation, stating, "We request that the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives adopt a joint resolution to form a joint ROK-U.S. investigation team and conduct an immediate investigation into the alleged election fraud that occurred in both South Korea and the United States."
He also expressed his commitment to defending the ROK-U.S. alliance, pledging, "We are committed to dedicating all our efforts to establishing election justice in both South Korea and the United States to protect the values of liberal democracy from the CCP's sharp power (influence operations such as information manipulation and public opinion manipulation)."
Hwang concluded his speech by shouting, "The Republic of Korea is a nation founded on the prayers of its founding president, Rhee Syngman. Many of our people, including myself, are ready to stand with our blood alliance, the United States. 'Let's go together!' 'God bless America!'"

Full Text of Hwang Kyo-ahn, Leader of Freedom and Innovation Party's Speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Annual Convention
Hello, I am Hwang Kyo-ahn. I am the leader of the new party in South Korea, Freedom and Innovation. I have served as Prime Minister and Acting President, as well as party leader. After witnessing evidence of election fraud through a court-ordered recount, I formed the 'Bugwangdae' (Anti-Election Fraud Task Force) and am fiercely fighting against election fraud forces.
Because of this, I have faced and continue to face much persecution. I have been reported to the National Election Commission multiple times.
I was also implicated in sedition charges and illegally arrested. They broke down my door and tried to put me in jail, but thanks to the prayers of many, I was not detained and was released.
I determined that it was impossible to fight and defeat the Lee Jae-myung regime with the People Power Party, the current main opposition party.
Therefore, to save the nation and pave a new path, I founded the Freedom and Innovation Party.
The new party, Freedom and Innovation, pursues the strengthening of the ROK-U.S. alliance. We will fight to the end to eradicate election fraud and eliminate anti-state forces.
South Korea has almost entirely become communist. The rule of law has collapsed, and the separation of powers has disintegrated. Freedom of expression has also vanished, and they have enacted laws that impose up to 10 years in prison for discussing election fraud. Now, they are even creating laws to shut down churches.
In fact, over 80% of South Korean citizens are pro-American, and over 90% have anti-China sentiments.
However, contrary to public sentiment, the political sphere has become pro-China because the National Assembly was seized by pro-China factions through election fraud.
Therefore, from this platform today, I will propose the following resolutions to President Trump and the U.S. Congress.
First, the adoption of a resolution for the release of President Yoon Suk-yeol.
We request the adoption of a resolution by the U.S. Congress urging the immediate release of President Yoon Suk-yeol, who has been impeached and detained due to the machinations of anti-state forces and the Chinese Communist Party.
Second, immediate intervention in cyber election system hacking.
Under the ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, we consider the CCP's interference in South Korean elections as a direct invasion of the ROK-U.S. alliance and request the immediate intervention of the Trump administration.
Third, direct sanctions against those involved in election fraud are necessary.
We request strong direct sanctions by the Trump administration, including asset freezes, against officials from the Supreme Court and the National Election Commission involved in South Korean election fraud, similar to the cases of Venezuela and Brazil.
Fourth, joint ROK-U.S. investigation.
We request that the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives adopt a joint resolution to form a joint ROK-U.S. investigation team and conduct an immediate investigation into the alleged election fraud that occurred in both South Korea and the United States.
Fifth, defense of the ROK-U.S. alliance.
We are committed to dedicating all our efforts to establishing election justice in both South Korea and the United States to protect the values of liberal democracy from the CCP's sharp power (influence operations such as information manipulation and public opinion manipulation).
The Republic of Korea is a nation founded on the prayers of its founding president, Rhee Syngman. Many of our people, including myself, are ready to stand with our blood alliance, the United States.
We go together! God Bless America!

[Breaking] Representative Hwang Kyo-ahn: "South Korea is Almost Communist... Requested U.S. Government and Congress to Adopt Resolution for Yoon's Release"
"President Yoon, Impeached and Detained Due to Anti-State Forces and Chinese Communist Party Plot, Must Be Released Immediately"
Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Freedom and Innovation Party (former Prime Minister), stated at the largest conservative conference in the United States, "South Korea has almost entirely become communist, and I request the U.S. government and Congress to adopt a resolution for the release of President Yoon Suk-yeol."
Speaking on the main stage solo on the theme 'K-Pop Communist Hunter' on the third day of the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, at 10:05 AM on March 27 (local time), Hwang emphasized, "We request the U.S. Congress to adopt a resolution calling for the immediate release of President Yoon Suk-yeol, who has been impeached and detained due to the machinations of anti-state forces and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)."
He particularly urged, "Under the ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, we consider the CCP's interference in South Korean elections as a direct invasion of the ROK-U.S. alliance and request the immediate intervention of the Trump administration. Similar to the cases of Venezuela and Brazil, we request strong direct sanctions by the Trump administration, including asset freezes, against officials from the Supreme Court and the National Election Commission involved in South Korean election fraud."
This marks the first time a South Korean national has delivered a solo speech on the main stage at CPAC as an official speaker.
CPAC, established by the American Conservative Union in 1974, is the world's largest conservative political event, continuing for over half a century. It is the largest and most influential gathering of conservatives globally, serving as an international conservative platform where key leaders, politicians, activists, journalists, and civil society representatives from conservative circles in the U.S. and around the world convene annually to discuss core conservative agendas such as freedom, security, economy, religious values, and international solidarity.
Throughout its history, CPAC has featured U.S. Presidents, Vice Presidents, cabinet members, and Congressional leaders as keynote speakers. In recent years, its scope has expanded to include heads of state and international conservative leaders, positioning it as a central hub for the global conservative movement.
