US President Donald Trump sent a series of high-pressure messages to Iran on the 10th (local time), one day ahead of negotiations to end the war with Iran.

Specifically, he threatened to take much stronger military action if negotiations related to the first peace talks between the US and Iran, to be held on the 11th in Islamabad, Pakistan, break down.

First, President Trump posted a short sentence on his social media (SNS) platform, Truth Social, in the morning: "WORLD'S MOST POWERFUL RESET!"

This is interpreted to mean that the US military is regrouping during the two-week ceasefire and negotiation period with Iran to prepare for a stronger offensive.

President Trump explained the meaning of this sentence in more detail in a phone interview with the US daily New York Post on the same day.

He said, "We are undergoing a reset," adding, "We are loading the ships with the best ammunition, the best weapons ever made."

He further added, "It's at a much higher level than what we used for complete obliteration."

"If an agreement is not reached, we will use them, and we will use them very effectively," Trump warned.

When asked if he thought the negotiations with Iran would be successful, he replied, "We will know in about 24 hours," and said, "We are dealing with people we don't know if they are telling the truth. They say in front of us they will get rid of all nuclear weapons, but in front of the press they say, 'No, we want enrichment.'"

In the afternoon, President Trump continued to post messages on Truth Social, sending a warning to Iran.

He wrote, "The Iranians don't seem to realize that they have no cards except to extort the world in the short term by using international waterways," and added, "The only reason they are alive today is to negotiate."

This is interpreted as criticism of Iran, which continues to exercise control over the Strait of Hormuz even during the ceasefire and negotiation period, and a call for the strait to be fully opened to avoid a catastrophic outcome.

President Trump also sarcastically remarked, "The Iranians are better at dealing with fake news media and propaganda than fighting."
