The spring in Gwanghwamun was as hot as midsummer, with performances by youth groups, passionate speeches by orators, and shouts of "Yoon Again."

On the 18th, the day before April 19th, a large rally was held in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, with the largest crowd in recent times, under the theme "Ten Million People's Right to Resist National Convention: Inheriting the Spirit of the April 19th Revolution."

This rally, hosted by the National Movement Headquarters for Setting South Korea Right (Daegukbon), has the character of a "People's Right to Resist" movement, with 10 million citizens seeking to reclaim their sovereignty, ahead of the "Gwanghwamun National Convention" on August 15th, Liberation Day.

The event, held on a stage adorned with a large banner reading "Lee Jae-myung, Resign!", was led by young individual Im Han-na, representative Son Sang-dae, and pastor Lee Yong-seok. It began with a congratulatory video message from Park Chan-jong, chairman of the Asia Economic Research Institute.

Chairman Park Chan-jong lamented, "Our country's legislative, executive, and judicial systems have collapsed and cannot check each other. South Korea is becoming a dictatorial state of one person, with its constitution being destroyed and judiciary collapsing for the first time in history, by politicizing the judiciary and persecuting religion."

He continued, "President Lee Jae-myung is ignoring the South Korea-U.S.-Japan cooperation system by being subservient to China and looking to Russia's reactions, while treating the South Korea-U.S. alliance as a burden." He also criticized that the President is spreading false information about Israel, pointing out numerous domestically and internationally concerning aspects, and directly stated that now is the time to activate the people's right to resist.

Following a performance by the Ant Youth Group, Shim Jae-hong, spokesperson for the Free University, took the stage and lamented, "The media has slandered President Yoon Suk-yeol and First Lady Kim Keon-hee, instilling a negative image of them in the public." He argued, "April 19th was a day when President Syngman Rhee respected the people, so it is fitting for conservatives to commemorate it."

Furthermore, spokesperson Shim emphasized, "If we lose, the history of Presidents Park Geun-hye and Yoon Suk-yeol will be recorded as the history of sinners, and if we do not fight, the history of patriotic citizens and youth will be a history of defeat."

He also raised his voice, stating, "President Yoon's martial law has awakened the youth of this land. Thanks to President Yoon, the younger generation cannot become leftists. We will win."

Lawyer Ko Young-joo of the Liberal Democratic Party revealed, "The purpose of the constitutional amendment referendum on June 3rd is not for May 18th or the Busan-Masan Uprising." She argued that the main reason for the constitutional amendment is to remove the word "liberal" from the liberal democratic constitution and leave only "democracy."

She then criticized, "According to the charter of the Workers' Party of Korea in North Korea, democracy refers to People's Democratic Liberation of the Nation. Therefore, leaving only democracy would be communism disguised as democracy."

Ven. Eungcheon, Head of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism for National Defense, said, "We must unite through tolerance in these difficult times," and personally led the chant of "Hallelujah." Ven. Bowoo, who was on the same stage, pointed out, "This constitutional amendment is a dangerous attempt to shake the foundation of South Korea. It is not a constitutional amendment for the people, and it even lacks procedural legitimacy." He emphasized, "We need deliberation, not speed, and consensus, not force."

Following a performance by the Youth United Band, Ahn Jeong-kwon, representative of the "Yoon Again Assembly," took the stage and praised Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon, saying, "If it weren't for Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon, the fragmented conservative forces would not have been able to gather in one place and shout 'Yoon Again'."

He also raised his voice, saying, "We win not by being superior, but by uniting. The heart of conservatism, the big tent of conservative unity, is Gwanghwamun. Even someone as stubborn as me will do what Jeon Kwang-hoon says," and called for prayers for the health of President Yoon Suk-yeol and Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon.

Representative Hwang Kyo-ahn, who took the stage to much applause, could not use a microphone and instead greeted the audience by shouting "Long live South Korea!"

Park Tae-hwan of the "Youth of the Free Citizens' Solidarity" urged, "We have united with the intention to become one until we overthrow Lee Jae-myung. We win by uniting. From this moment on, let's not argue about who is better or worse among ourselves, but unite with one heart."

Also united under the banner of "Youth of the Free Citizens' Solidarity" were △Myeolgong Loopi, active in Ahn Jeong-kwon's "Yoon Again Assembly" △Youtuber Kang Jin-woo-pa, president of Honnajusikhoesa △Im Soo-jin, a law student at Handong Global University, who all raised their voices in unison calling for "Lee Jae-myung's resignation" and "Yoon Again."

Former National Assembly member Min Kyung-wook, a witness to the April 15 general election that became a catalyst for the investigation into election fraud, began by saying, "God hates those who cheat scales. There will be heavenly punishment for election fraud."

He pointed out that the root of all the events that have occurred in our country in the last six years—including the impeachment of 33 ministers, the reduction of budgets for Cheong Wa Dae, the prosecution, and the Board of Audit and Inspection, President Yoon Suk-yeol's constitutional declaration of martial law, legislative dictatorship occurring in the National Assembly, and the unreasonable incitement of rebellion by leftists—is the absolute evil of election fraud. He stated that election fraud is the root of all evils.

He also confessed, "The fight against election fraud, which I thought would end in a few weeks, has now lasted six years. Even if I had to go back to that day, I would make the same choice."

He continued, "I am grateful to my comrades who have joined me. Although the beginning was weak, it is becoming increasingly grand. U.S. President Trump, President Yoon Suk-yeol, representative Jeon Han-gil, and representative Hwang Kyo-ahn are all calling for the investigation of election fraud, and many young people have joined the fight against election fraud."

He further revealed that "many computer programmers and statistics professors have participated and uncovered many facts," pointing out that the trend in vote counts on the first day of early voting in the 20th and 21st presidential elections matched at 99.992%.

He stated that this event occurs once in 3,140 years. He also noted that in all past early voting periods, only the Democratic Party had favorable results, calling this a probability of 10-3000, equivalent to winning the lottery first prize 430 times in a row, or successfully picking one atom in the entire universe with your eyes closed and hitting it again 38 times in a row."

He clearly declared, "Election fraud is not a conspiracy theory. It is organized crime."

Lawyer Do Tae-woo [Photo=Reporter Lim Yo-hee]

Lawyer Do Tae-woo, who is dedicated to the movement to investigate election fraud, argued, "We have the right to demand that all state institutions uphold the promises of nation-building." He asserted, "In accordance with the promises of nation-building, not a single fake ballot should be allowed to enter."

To this end, he proposed a three-step plan to eliminate election fraud: "Step 1: Abolish the printing and stamping that makes it easy to create fake ballots, and implement a grand march to require the personal seals of vote managers to make it difficult to create fake ballots. Step 2: Abolish early voting. Step 3: Urge institutional reform to conduct manual counting on-site without moving ballot boxes."

President Kim Kyung-jae stated, "I was the first to reveal that the early voting in Seoul and Gyeonggi was manipulated with a ratio of 63 to 36," and claimed that the fact that no one has arrested him is proof that all of it is true.

He also said, "I learned that North Korea had significant involvement in the 5·18 Uprising, which I had long believed to be a democratization movement." He questioned, "While there are about 1,000 recipients of merit for the April 19th movement nationwide, how is it that there are 4,600 merit recipients in Gwangju alone during the 5·18 Uprising?"

Jang Jae-un, CEO of Sseobeokka, stated that he delivered video materials to President Trump, saying, "It contains a request to clarify the details regarding those who were arrested on a US military bus at the Suwon National Election Commission on the day President Yoon declared martial law." He raised his voice, stating, "If this is revealed, President Yoon can return."

Lawyer Lee Ha-sang began by saying, "President Yoon and Minister Kim Yong-hyun are always concerned about the patriotic citizens gathering in Gwanghwamun." He declared, "The true president is imprisoned, and a fake one who became president through election manipulation and public opinion manipulation is acting as president," and shouted the slogan "Yoon Again, President Yoon, Come Back."

Lawyer Ko Young-il then expressed indignation, saying, "They tried to imprison Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon and Pastor Son Hyun-bo, and have been trying to imprison Representative Jeon Han-gil, fearing that truth would set the people free."

Lawyer Kang Yeon-jae also shouted, "We could not even protect one person, Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon, but such a thing will never happen again." Lawyer Gu Ju-wa said, "Thanks to National Assembly member Seo Young-kyo, we are able to arrest Lee Jae-myung," and expressed gratitude to Seo for revealing the truth regarding the North Korean remittance.

Kim Hyun-tae, head of the Free Han-gil Group, said, "If the South Korea-U.S. alliance collapses, South Korea will collapse. Let us all unite and fight to win."

Representative Jeon Han-gil stated, "The release of Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon and my not being arrested are a victory for the people and a judgment from heaven." He expressed concern, saying, "Lee Jae-myung, who refused the U.S.'s request for a warship dispatch, is anti-American and pro-China/North Korea. He will use the future transfer of wartime operational control to induce the withdrawal of U.S. troops."

The large rally in Gwanghwamun, which lasted for over three hours, continued with a march to the Hyochadong Public Security Center near Cheong Wa Dae.

Meanwhile, Free University (freeuniv) also marched from Exit 10 of Dongdaemun Station to the KT Gwanghwamun Building from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM under the theme "Abolish Constitutional Amendment, Overthrow Dictatorship in Dongdaemun." Thus, during the afternoon of the 18th, the Gwanghwamun sky was filled with the shouts of "Yoon Again."
