Reporter Lee Sang-ro sent a certified letter to the Commissioner of Customs ahead of the 6.3 local elections.

It was reported on the 11th that reporter Lee Sang-ro, famous for his "Camera Dispatch" segment, sent a certified letter to Commissioner Lee Myung-gu of the Korea Customs Service titled "Request to Block the Import of Fraudulent Ballots from Overseas."

Reporter Lee Sang-ro stated, "In past cases, a large number of counterfeit ballots, presumed to have been imported from foreign countries, were discovered during recounts," citing examples such as ballots resembling cabbage leaves, ballots with Japanese flags, ballots glued together, and ballots with trimmed margins. 

He conveyed the view of a printing expert who suggested that the paper quality and printing techniques indicated the ballots were printed in China, pointing out that this implies they were "printed in China and illegally imported into our country through Korean airports and ports." 

Furthermore, reporter Lee Sang-ro claimed, "Mathematicians assert that approximately 5.7 to 6 million fraudulent votes were created externally and imported during the past 6.3 presidential election," and revealed that a large quantity of ballots, still folded like bricks, were indeed found at each vote counting station.

He also recalled that in 2020, a phone recording was released in which the owner of a printing company in Guangdong, China, stated, "We printed U.S. ballots and sent them to the U.S. mainland through third countries like Canada." He then conveyed the following request in a message titled "To Commissioner Lee Myung-gu of the Korea Customs Service":

"Candidate registration for the 6.3 local elections closes on May 15th.

Early voting days are May 29th and 30th, and the main election day is June 3rd. Vote counting begins at 6:00 PM on June 3rd.

Therefore, the period during which fraudulent ballots are estimated to be imported into our country from overseas is from May 18th to the afternoon of June 3rd.

Commissioner Lee Myung-gu, please strengthen customs inspections for all goods entering domestic airports and ports from May 18th to June 3rd.

Specifically, please prevent bundles of paper from passing through customs.

The Constitution of our Republic of Korea is as follows:

Article 1 ① The Republic of Korea shall be a democratic republic. ② The sovereignty of the Republic of Korea shall reside in the people, and all state authority shall emanate from the people.

The foundation of a democratic republic lies in fair elections. Commissioner Lee Myung-gu has a constitutional duty to ensure that the sacred rights of the Korean people are not violated.

For your reference, the Trump administration in the United States is reportedly preparing to announce the results of all investigations into election fraud in the U.S. soon. It is expected that this will include details regarding ballots printed in China and imported into the United States. There have already been testimonies indicating the involvement of aircraft belonging to our country in this process.

Ultimately, everything will be revealed in our country as well. Whether ballots were imported from foreign countries in the past, and who the Commissioner of Customs was at that time...

Once again, I urge Commissioner Lee Myung-gu to uphold the constitutional order."
