The Ministry of Unification under Jeong Dong-young recently published a unification white paper that effectively defines North and South Korea as two separate states.

China, using its ethnic Korean minority as an excuse, even fabricates words like "Hanfu," which didn't exist, and persistently claims territorial ambition by asserting that the history of Goguryeo and Balhae is their own. The harsh reality of international politics is that nations are desperate to expand their influence.

The Two-State Theory Turns Defectors into Illegal Immigrants 

However, there is a bizarre and horrific entity that stands in complete opposition to this. It is the Republic of Korea's Lee Jae-myung administration, which voluntarily abandons its constitutionally defined territory and 25 million citizens, and is eager to split itself into separate enemy states.

Power may sprinkle the sweet anesthetic of peaceful coexistence, but the catastrophe that will unfold the moment the two-state theory, dictated by the enemy's dictator, is applied to our laws and diplomacy will be fatal.

Immediately, the status of North Korean defectors who have crossed the perilous border will be fundamentally shaken. If North and South are separate states, they will no longer be our citizens protected by the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, but will be reduced to illegal foreign immigrants or refugees who have crossed another country's border without authorization.

Any international legal or constitutional basis to criticize and intervene in the North Korean regime's brutal human rights abuses will also simultaneously disappear. This is because we have no right to interfere in another country's internal affairs.

The fact that they are becoming an anti-national force will become evident when a sudden change occurs in North Korea. If a period of chaos ensues, such as Kim Jong-un's sudden death or a civil war leading to the collapse of the North Korean system, the Republic of Korea, within its constitutional framework, had an absolute right to advance into North Korean territory under the pretext of reclaiming unrecovered territories and protecting its citizens.

However, now that we have officially formalized the two-state theory ourselves, under what justification can we deploy our military and administrative power into the territory of another country?

The Two-State Theory is Treason that Sells Out the Homeland

The country that will most welcome the brief vacuum of our hesitation is undoubtedly China. Under the guise of protecting its ethnic Koreans and ensuring border stability, China will swiftly seize North Korean territory by crossing the Amnok River. This is a perfect alibi for replacing North Korea with a pro-China puppet regime or absorbing it into Northeast Four Provinces, a scenario that the Lee Jae-myung administration and the leftists are paving the way for and handing over.

Past administrations at least discussed peace by holding onto the threads of exchange, such as the Geumgangsan tours or the Kaesong Industrial Complex. In this era of complete severance, where even the military hotlines are completely cut off, the flippancy of jumping several steps ahead and hastily enshrining the two-state theory in documents, in response to Kim Jong-un's directives, is beyond incompetence and is utterly astonishing.

This is not a romantic peace policy. It is a meticulous plot to dismantle the nation by pushing the southern half of the Amnok River into China's jaws and permanently erasing 25 million compatriots.

Lee Jae-myung must immediately stop this horrific act of treason, which violates the constitution and sells out the homeland. And the first step to rectify the collapsed national order is clear.

The main perpetrator who, under the orders of the enemy's supreme leader, inscribed treasonous words in the official unification white paper of the Republic of Korea, Minister of Unification Jeong Dong-young, must be immediately dismissed and apprehended for colluding with an anti-state organization and violating the National Security Act and the Constitution.

Those who intend to voluntarily cede territory and citizens to an enemy state and foreign powers belong not in the plush chair of a ministerial office, but in a cold, solitary prison cell.
