Jang Dong-hyuk, Standing Election Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, emphasized on the 23rd, "The way to simultaneously judge President Lee Jae-myung's arrogance, the Democratic Party's arrogance, and the arrogance in Jung Cheong-rae's nominations is to concentrate your votes on the People Power Party candidates."

Meeting with voters in front of Gyeonggijeon in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province, he said, "Even though we have entrusted governorships, parliamentary seats, mayoralties, and county chief positions to the Democratic Party for 35 years, if life in North Jeolla Province has not improved, it will be the responsibility of the Democratic Party that occupied all those positions," and stated this.

Chairman Jang stated, "Their confidence that they only need to receive nominations, even if they don't look after citizens' lives or care about Jeonju's development, has buried North Jeolla Province's development and discarded Jeonju's development into a sewer. That absurd confidence has now led to Lee Jae-myung's arrogance, the Democratic Party's arrogance, and Jung Cheong-rae's arrogance."

He also indirectly mentioned Kim Kwan-young, an independent candidate running for Governor of North Jeolla Province.

Chairman Jang said, "There is an independent candidate running for Governor of North Jeolla Province. People in Honam are angry that the Democratic Party's nominations in Honam are arrogant. They are filled with anger to judge Lee Jae-myung's arrogance and the Democratic Party's arrogance," he began.

He continued, "I don't know if electing an independent candidate in North Jeolla Province will be a judgment on arrogant nominations," and appealed for voters to cast their precious votes for the People Power Party candidates.

Chairman Jang said, "Here in Jeonju, starting from North Jeolla Province, please judge the arrogance of the Democratic Party and Lee Jae-myung and rebuild the future of the Republic of Korea," and promised, "The People Power Party will return 10 times, 100 times the votes you give us."

Regarding Yang Jung-mo, the party's candidate for Governor of North Jeolla Province, he praised him by saying, "He is someone who has directly managed businesses. He knows the meaning of every drop of sweat and the weight of a paycheck. Shouldn't a candidate like this be in charge of North Jeolla Province?"

In response, candidate Yang stated, "Our North Jeolla Province's economic indicators are the worst among the 16 metropolitan governments nationwide, and the suicide rate exceeds the national average. This is because for 35 years, a single party (the Democratic Party) has dominated this land and toyed with the residents of this province."

He said, "Now we must change and innovate to avoid being last," and promised, "If I, Yang Jung-mo, become governor, I will unite with our 107 People Power Party lawmakers and secure and bring budgets to North Jeolla Province."
