We, the members of the Seobukka (Sseobeokka) National Salvation Alliance, who have dedicated our lives to defending the free Republic of Korea, declare a solemn resolution in the name of the sovereign people, facing the grave national disruption crime of an unprecedented "ballot shortage crisis" in constitutional history. 

This situation, where voters arriving at sacred polling stations to exercise their sovereignty were turned away due to a lack of ballots, is a grave constitutional violation that fundamentally blocked the right to vote, the cornerstone of democracy, and a collapse of the rule of law.

The method of hindering voters through ballot shortages and delayed delivery in areas favoring the opposition party is identical to the typical fraudulent election tactics employed during the tenure of former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. 

The lifeblood of an election is fairness and procedural legitimacy. In an election where every citizen of the Republic of Korea must be able to vote equally, if even a single voter is deprived of their right due to a ballot shortage, that election has already lost its qualification as a fair election. 

Even Germany, a leading democracy, has experienced situations of ballot shortages and misdeliveries. Consequently, a general election rerun was conducted in 455 constituencies based on a decision by the Constitutional Court.

It is a universal common sense that procedural flaws lead to election invalidation. This single fatal flaw is sufficient to render this election null and void from its inception, and the vote counting results, pushed forward while disregarding procedures, cannot possess any legal or moral legitimacy.

The fact that such a disastrous administrative breakdown and violation of sovereignty occurred in broad daylight is a result of the current administration's incompetence, mismanagement, and intentional connivance to distort public sentiment. 

The current administration, which has failed to protect the most basic rights of the people and has collapsed the election system, no longer has the qualification or justification to lead the national affairs of the Republic of Korea. The administration that has deceived the people and insulted democracy must take responsibility for all these incidents and step down immediately.

As sovereign warriors armed with the spirit of selfless devotion to our nation, we strongly demand the following:

 First, the National Election Commission must immediately declare this election, which deprived citizens of their right to vote, null and void from its inception!

 Second, the current administration, which failed to protect the sacred votes of the people and collapsed democracy, must take responsibility and resign immediately!

 Third, the ballot shortage and the failure of fingerprint recognition during early voting, yet the exit poll data matching, are evidence of algorithmic manipulation. The National Intelligence Service and the prosecution must secure the Election Commission's servers, conduct forensic investigations to clarify the fraudulent election beyond doubt, and investigate and arrest all responsible parties who violated national sovereignty.

We strongly declare that we will fight to the end, risking our lives, against the fraudulent election that shakes the foundations of the free Republic of Korea, until the stolen sovereignty of the people is regained and truth and justice prevail!
