Shock is spreading due to video footage of an electronic vote counting system that continuously tallied votes for Choo Mi-ae, a candidate for Gyeonggi Province Governor from the Democratic Party. 

At the counting station in the Dankook University gymnasium for the Yongin B constituency in Gyeonggi Province, during the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections (June 3 Local Elections) and by-elections for National Assembly members on the 3rd, an observer recorded an unusual vote counting situation that afternoon. 

According to the Freedom and Innovation Party, a vote counting observer reported footage at around 6:20 PM showing ballots marked only for Democratic Party candidate Choo Mi-ae being continuously registered on the electronic counting laptop screen. 

Conversely, at around 8:30 PM, a different laptop at an adjacent table displayed votes distributed evenly among not only candidate Choo but also candidate Yang Hyang-ja of the People Power Party and candidate Cho Eung-cheon of the Reform Party. 

The informant stated, "Choo Mi-ae appeared for over 3 minutes, but I could only record for about 30 seconds," the Freedom and Innovation Party told Hanmi Ilbo. 

Lawyer Park Ju-hyun (Korean Co-Representative of the Joint Investigation Team), who conducted a live vote counting broadcast on Jeon Han-gil News, along with the joint US-Korea election fraud investigation team, lamented, "The March 15th election fraud pales in comparison to the fraud happening now. This is a monumental event where countless fake ballots are being revealed to the public, and we must never forgive it." 

Lawyer Park further urged, "We cannot remain silent and inactive even when witnessing nationwide, systemic fraud and rigged elections. For the future of our Republic of Korea, these individuals who commit election fraud cartels and manipulated elections must no longer be allowed to trample and desecrate our sovereignty so miserably." He strongly called for a unified effort to protect the nation. 

Jeon Han-gil, the CEO, added, "Freedom is not free, and the conscience of the inactive is on the side of evil. Plato said that the greatest punishment for indifference to politics is to be ruled by inferior beings." He appealed to all citizens to awaken and participate together.
