Elections are the flower of democracy and a sacred right through which citizens exercise their sovereignty. However, the fatal flaws in the fingerprint recognition system for advance voting and the unprecedented shortage of ballots that occurred in this election are not mere mismanagement, but strong evidence of a meticulously planned 'electronic manipulation' and 'obstruction of citizens' right to participate' through a powerful fraudulent election.

The National Election Commission (NEC) continuously invests approximately 10 billion won annually for the purchase of new voter verification devices and ballot issuance machines, and 10 billion won per election for the lease and construction of voter registration terminals and communication networks to simultaneously operate the national advance voting infrastructure.

The fact that advance voting was possible even by taping fingerprints or impersonating a cousin with their ID card demonstrates the complete paralysis of the identity verification system. The NEC's fingerprint recognition devices, which cannot even detect duplicate voting, have been revealed to be deceptive tools that condone double voting and inflated voter counts.

The situation where countless voters had to abandon their ballots due to a shortage and delayed delivery of ballots in areas favorable to a specific opposition party, and the unexplained fires at ballot storage facilities, are eerily consistent with the typical fraudulent election tactics employed by the dictatorial regime of Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela to usurp power.

What is even more shocking is that even amidst the chaos of voters waiting because there were no ballots, the exit polls were announced and vote counting proceeded at the predetermined time. This is an act of barbarism by the fraudulent election cartel, which has become utterly reckless, disregarding the citizens.

A Chinese graph predicting the outcome of South Korea's election on a Chinese website recently was almost identical to the exit polls, but the exit polls and the vote counting results differed significantly.

This is evidence of prior electronic manipulation.

This is because the electronic system is merely a machine that operates according to set values, unable to predict or reflect variables such as real-time public sentiment and ballot shortages at the scene into the final results.

Therefore, Serverkka National Salvation Comrades Association strongly condemns the criminal acts of the NEC, which has undermined the constitutional order of free Korea and violated citizens' sovereignty, and demands the annulment of the election at its source, along with the following:

First, the National Intelligence Service and the prosecution must immediately seize and search the servers of the National Election Commission and conduct a full forensic investigation to clearly reveal the reality of electronic manipulation.

Second, thoroughly investigate the obstruction of voting in areas where the opposition party has an advantage and immediately arrest and investigate all election management officials who robbed citizens of their right to participate.

Third, the NEC must reveal the reason why the advance voting fingerprint recognition devices, invested with billions, have become defunct and useless, confess to the public the background of how these faulty devices were used as tools for double voting and inflated voter counts, and proceed with the dissolution of the NEC.

The will of the people to protect freedom and justice through the fairness and integrity of voting, and their watchful eyes, cannot be blinded. A guilty conscience will always reveal itself. If the NEC and the government attempt to conceal the truth of this incident and evade responsibility, we sternly warn that they will not be able to avoid a national resistance and judgment far greater than that of April 19.
