John Mills (photo), former Director of Cyber Policy and Security Strategy at the U.S. Department of Defense, has been unexpectedly appointed as the Assistant Secretary for International Cyber and Digital Policy at the Department of State. The new Assistant Secretary, John Mills, had previously identified Wang Huning, Xi Jinping's strategist, as the perpetrator of election fraud worldwide after visiting South Korea as part of an international election monitoring group around the time of the early June 3rd presidential election.

He further confirmed, "John Mills starts work today. He is in his office and hard at work."

In response, former Representative Brat expressed his admiration and satisfaction repeatedly. Bannon, considered one of President Donald Trump's closest confidants, perceives the early June 3rd South Korean presidential election as fraudulent and influenced by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). During his time observing the election in South Korea, John Mills also appeared on Bannon's War Room broadcast with figures like former International Criminal Court Ambassador Morten Hesselaa and Dr. Grant Newsham, emphasizing the certainty of Chinese interference in the South Korean presidential election.

Meanwhile, The Hankookmiilbo reported on John Mills' appointment to the State Department, citing multiple sources in the United States. Bannon's announcement came immediately after former Representative Brat pointed out that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) had exacerbated problems by connecting with international NGOs. Bannon's remarks are noteworthy as they suggest that Assistant Secretary John Mills will be addressing issues related to USAID within the State Department going forward.

USAID, designated as a corrupt organization, was significantly scaled down and transferred to the Department of State early in the second Trump administration. Consequently, the appointment of Colonel John Mills as Assistant Secretary is viewed positively, as it is considered a better position than becoming the head of USAID. It implies that he will be responsible for not only USAID's operations but also the entire cybersecurity domain, suggesting that comprehensive investigations, including those involving A-WEB (Association of World Election Bodies), will commence internationally.

USAID is suspected of having deep ties with A-WEB. The U.S. government remains vigilant about suspicions that illicit international funds have been exchanged between these organizations to support the execution of election fraud. It is a corrupt organization that is the subject of widespread investigations by the Trump administration's security and investigative agencies.

A-WEB is suspected of being a front organization for pro-China countries worldwide. It was established under the leadership of South Korea's National Election Commission. The location where Chinese spies were reportedly arrested is also the A-WEB Seoul office, registered at the Electoral Training Institute in Suwon. Despite being the Seoul office, it is located in Suwon, immediately raising suspicions of an intentional attempt to conceal its location.

After retiring as a colonel in the U.S. Army, Assistant Secretary Mills worked as a cybersecurity expert in various agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and was involved in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) projects and the establishment of security-related detachments for U.S. Forces Korea.
