The lifeline of South Korea's liberal democracy is being shaken to its core by a massive digital invasion. The allegations of computer manipulation that emerged during the June 3, 2026, local elections have now far surpassed mere domestic political wrangling or inter-factional conflict. 

The bizarre discrepancies in the compiled statistics immediately upon the opening of ballot boxes, the abnormal surge in traffic to the National Election Commission's servers, and the mysterious data flow from an unknown external network clearly demonstrate that this incident was a meticulously planned 'transnational attempt to subvert the system,' aimed at uprooting South Korea's very identity.

1. The Shock of the June 3 Local Elections: Transnational Computer Manipulation Grips South Korea

Until now, the powerful establishment and the judicial system, using the long-held value of the integrity of the election system as a shield, had completely dismissed the scientific and statistical concerns raised by private experts and security organizations as 'outdated conspiracy theories.' 

However, as the manipulation algorithms and original log records of the vast organization that stole voters' rights from behind the veil of the computer network are being dismantled one by one, the truth has reached an explosive tipping point that can no longer be concealed by artificial means. 

This is not a mere mismanagement of election administration, but a sophisticated digital terror and an act of usurpation of sovereignty aimed at completely overthrowing the liberal democratic system.

2. The Judiciary's Rejection of Evidence Preservation: The Sovereignty Uprising at Olympic Park to Shatter Organized Concealment

At this grave moment when public outrage is reaching the heavens, we are faced with the disappointing reality of the judiciary's indifferent 'rejection of the evidence preservation application.' This rejection, which has deprived us of even the minimal judicial procedures necessary to verify election transparency and defend constitutional values, paradoxically serves as our most powerful warning signal and incites our strongest will to resist. 

It is tantamount to a death sentence, indicating that the full truth of the June 3 computer manipulation can no longer be uncovered within the limitations of the domestic judicial system and investigative agencies. 

The rejection of evidence preservation has not granted the Election Commission immunity; rather, it is merely buying time to erase traces of the crime, a stark diagnosis by the sovereign citizens. This is why suspicions are spreading that the judicial system itself may have capitulated to the immense pressure from the massive fraudulent election cartel and those in power. 

The footsteps of the people filling Olympic Park—from the great youth and patriotic citizens to families holding the hands of their adolescent children—are heading to a sacred site of noble resistance, aiming to physically thwart this massive judicial attempt at concealment. They are channeling their immense anger peacefully and orderly, reminiscent of the passion of the 2002 World Cup. 

The dedication of volunteers who offer their services without compensation and the warm support flowing in from across the nation eloquently speak to the fact that the flame of this resistance will not be easily extinguished. 

3. Borderless Digital Territorial War: ‘Joint International Investigation’ as the Sole Breakthrough

The grim reality we must face in this digital battlefield is that the suspicion of vote manipulation is by no means the sole work of internal South Korean forces. 

Evidence is emerging that massive overseas hacker groups beyond national borders and China's digital assets have been deeply involved in an effort to sever the ties of the ROK-US-Japan security alliance and subvert South Korea's system. In this digital territorial war, there are no borders. 

If the traces of IPs that violated the South Korean National Election Commission's servers and the destination of the manipulated traffic point to locations outside the Korean Peninsula, this is a clear violation of international security and a transnational cyberterrorism crime. 

Due to the nature of cyberterrorism, it is fundamentally impossible to apprehend the masterminds of the crime hiding beyond national borders with internal investigative capabilities alone. With limited personnel in domestic investigative agencies and politically influenced investigations, it is impossible to trace the core server data, log records, or the overseas financial flows and directives. 

Therefore, our only recourse to break through domestic judicial limitations is 'joint ROK-US international investigation.' This is the only breakthrough that can nullify the court's rejection and bring the truth to light.

4. Pressure the Core of the Manipulation with America's Advanced Security Assets and Global Intelligence Alliance

America's advanced intelligence assets (NSA, CIA) and Cyber Command have already been tracking and monitoring digital traffic across East Asia, including the Korean Peninsula, in real-time. 

The advanced digital forensic capabilities and intelligence sources of allies like the United States, which consider the rapid collapse of an ally nation and digital communization efforts as a grave national security threat, are the most reliable and powerful weapons to capture the perpetrators of this veiled manipulation case. 

The South Korean government and investigative authorities must not hide behind outdated guidelines such as diplomatic friction or sovereignty violations. Instead, they should officially and immediately request investigative cooperation from international investigative bodies, including the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and allied cyber security agencies. 

How long will we continue to neglect the digital blades that have flown across borders, hiding behind the flimsy excuse of diplomatic catastrophe and institutional limitations?

South Korea must immediately join hands with global security forces behind the scenes and unequivocally expose the concrete evidence of vote manipulation and the reality of external intervention to all democratic allies worldwide. 

By fully mobilizing Interpol and the international security cooperation network, we must track down the overseas hacking organizations that violated the servers and completely sever their ties with domestic subordinate organizations operating in our land. International pressure is the only means to unlock the dark gates of the Election Commission's servers.

5. The Sovereign Citizens' Declaration of War Against the Political Sphere's Deceptive Diversion Tactics and for a Recount Election with 'Same-Day Vote Counting'

The political sphere must also immediately cease its deceptive diversion tactics, reducing the 'fraudulent election' to mere administrative errors or 'poorly conducted elections' and misleading the citizens with a unilateral joint investigation by the prosecution and police. 

This is not an issue that can be glossed over through political compromise between the ruling and opposition parties. What the public desires is not an investigation to cover up a crime, but the enactment of a fair election law for a 'same-day vote, 100% manual recount' to restore the lifeline of democracy. 

The sovereign citizens gathered in the plaza must lead by example, thoroughly guarding against internal agitators who attempt to incite or obscure the truth, and relentlessly pursue only 'truth' to extract a confession of fraudulent elections and hold President Lee accountable. 

Even if the court attempts to bury the evidence, now that the tail of the massive organization has been caught, this is the golden time to reveal the full scope of the computer crime to the world. 

We strongly urge the government and investigative agencies. 

Do not hesitate; draw the sword of international cooperation. Build a global alliance of truth to confront the borderless, colossal evil. 

Even if the court attempts to cover up the evidence and the institutional political sphere tries to ignore the truth, international cooperation and the vigilance of the great sovereign citizens can never be obscured. 

The peaceful roar filling Olympic Park is not merely an expression of opinion; it is the sacred duty of the sovereign citizens to restore the broken constitutional values and a final declaration of war against the massive organization. 

If the court's rejection decision is the starting signal for organized concealment, our demand for international cooperation will be a preemptive strike to tear apart the curtain of that concealment. 

Until the day the ugly full picture of the fraudulent election is fully revealed and sovereignty is completely restored, we will fight for the recovery of sovereignty in solidarity with the younger generation and patriotic citizens. 

We solemnly declare before history that the digital terror planned by the unseen, massive organization will ultimately be completed through a borderless alliance of justice and an unbridled explosion of truth.
