Reporter Lee Sang-ro announced on the 15th that he had sent a certified letter to Deputy Commissioner Yoo Jae-seong, acting Commissioner General of the National Police Agency, with the title "If there is anyone who orders the suppression of the sacred demands of the people by force, I hope that person will be arrested immediately."

He stated, "Citizens seeking to reclaim their electoral sovereignty are increasingly gathering across the country, including at the Seoul Songpa Handball Gymnasium. Their demands are just, seeking to rectify the deprivation or corruption of their right to participate in politics, guaranteed by the Constitution, by state power."

Currently, there are approximately 300 ballot boxes inside the Seoul Songpa Handball Gymnasium. Reporter Lee Sang-ro urged, "These ballot boxes are crucial evidence that can reveal electoral fraud or malpractice. We demand that they be disclosed according to a court decision or voluntarily by the National Election Commission as citizens demand."

Furthermore, he presented the following three demands to the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency:

First, please do not deploy police forces to any attempts to move the ballot boxes inside the Songpa Handball Gymnasium. This would be the police leading the destruction of evidence.

Second, we request that no force be used against the national movement to reclaim sovereignty that is currently taking place across the country.

Third, if there is anyone who orders the suppression of the sacred demands of the people by force, I hope that person will be arrested immediately.

He concluded by stating, "We hope you will keep in mind that during the December 12th martial law, the martial law forces did not use force against a single citizen."
