The June 3rd local elections were not a festival of democracy, but a 'crime scene' that stripped voters of their rights and suffrage. What is the reality behind the disappearing ballots centered in Gangnam's three districts, the damaged ballot boxes of unknown origin, and the 380 ballot boxes confined in the Olympic Park Handball Gymnasium awaiting a recount?

This is not simply an administrative error or mismanagement. It is an organized destruction of the constitution and fraudulent voting that dismantled the foundation of the national election system and nullified the people's right to vote.

Although a special prosecutor led by the opposition party is not being pursued today, and an agreement for a parliamentary inquiry has been reached between the ruling and opposition parties, this is merely a cowardly means of escape to appease the public's anger. They will once again try to conceal the truth by cutting corners and delaying the process.

We warn you.

Any parliamentary inquiry that does not uproot the rotten core of the fraudulent election is a deception of the people and a declaration of war against them. In the name of the sovereign citizens, we urge for a practical 'parliamentary inquiry roadmap' to normalize South Korea, and a 'political overhaul' through the public recount of the 380 ballot boxes confined in Olympic Park and a full-scale re-election.

First, the ruling and opposition parties must reveal the full extent of the June 3rd fraudulent election through a transparent parliamentary inquiry.

The parliamentary inquiry must succeed through 'transparency' and 'immediacy.' The 380 ballot boxes held in Olympic Park are the scene of a constitutional crime. Through an immediate recount, not allowing even a single forged vote, and by live-streaming all counting processes, reveal all the fraudulent voting that has been alleged.

The National Election Commission's server, seized by the joint investigation headquarters of the prosecution and police, is the 'black box' that can reveal all truths. Fully disclose the issuance records by polling station, access logs, and the internal approval lines of the server, and immediately conduct a public digital forensic examination involving external experts and the public. If there is nothing to hide, there is no reason to refuse. The National Assembly should abandon its evasive tactics, heed the public's anger, and uphold the people's solemn command by opening the window to truth.

Second, now that fraudulent voting has been exposed, conduct a re-trial through a 'full-scale re-election.'

The National Election Commission's overall mismanagement is an indefensible act of national disruption. Invalidate the results of the June 3rd election, which undermined constitutional values by depriving citizens of their right to vote due to a shortage of ballots, and hold a re-election through 'manual counting of same-day votes' in all regions.

Just as beverages determined to be contaminated are entirely discarded, the results from tainted, fraudulent elections are fundamentally null and void, as they constitute an usurpation of public authority and a rebellion through elections. Power exercised by those elected under circumstances where suspicions of fraud have not been resolved lacks basis and effect. All administrative and political decisions made by them have lost their legitimacy. The only way to restore the spirit of the constitution is to strip the beneficiaries of the fraudulent elections of all power they would have enjoyed from July 1st.

Third, the rotten political landscape must be replaced, along with the resignation of President Lee Jae-myung.

At the apex of the June 3rd fraudulent election stands President Lee, who has corrupted South Korean politics. The permanent member of the National Election Commission, 'Wi Cheol-hwan,' who is the de facto controller of the commission, is from President Lee's judicial training cohort. He is the biggest beneficiary of the tainted election process and a symbol of the old politics that shook the constitutional order. Once the fraudulent election is exposed, he cannot escape the judicial and political responsibility he must bear.

The people's command is clear. The perpetrators of this fraudulent election cannot be covered up by scapegoating. The politicians who have sickened the nation for personal gain and strategic power must resign immediately, and the 'Jusapa' (pro-North Korea faction) political forces that protected him and condoned the fraud must disappear into the annals of history.

The people view both the old politicians and their protectors as targets for purging.

We hope that the parliamentary inquiry agreed upon by the National Assembly will be a sword to uncover the truth, not a shield to protect the core of the fraud. We hope that the recount of the 380 ballot boxes confined in 'Olympic Park,' a nationwide re-election, and the legal punishment of those responsible will restore national sovereignty and revive justice in South Korea, through a transparent parliamentary inquiry.

The time has come for the people to judge the grand fraudulent election scheme with their will.

Without a 'political change' that overhauls the rotten political system that planned the fraudulent elections, benefited from them, and seeks to maintain them, there is no future for South Korea.

We will fight to the end. We intend to prove, through concrete action with the people, that corrupt power that deceived the people and usurped public authority through fraudulent elections will surely be judged.
