Comedian Choi Kook called for a thorough special prosecutor investigation into allegations of election fraud and demanded active participation from People Power Party lawmakers in the protest.

Through a YouTube live broadcast held around the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the 23rd, Choi emphasized the importance of on-site struggle, stating, "A state audit should be conducted right here."

Choi, who has been praised for his witty satirical videos that provide refreshing relief to conservatives' frustrations, said, "People Power Party lawmakers should also come to the site once or twice a week, or even once every 2-3 days, for attendance checks." He added critically, "After Representative Jang Dong-hyuk was hospitalized, no one has come. There needs to be sincerity."

He then urged, "The People Power Party needs to be more combative, thinking this is the last chance," and shouted slogans such as "Election fraud, re-election" and "Same-day voting, manual vote counting."

Choi also strongly criticized the attitudes of the government, the ruling party, and the National Election Commission. He argued, "Lee Jae-myung and the Democratic Party have no interest in election fraud, re-election, same-day voting, and manual vote counting, and they don't even talk about it." He added, "Even during the state audit, the election commissioners are not coming (in the morning) and seem to have no intention of resolving it."

He continued, "As it gets closer to quitting time, citizens are continuously flocking here. This fervor is tireless and unyielding, and the public is growing more angry." He concluded, "We must move forward step by step and eventually get to a special prosecutor. I believe we will definitely shatter (the allegations)."
