Min, who has fought devotedly to uncover the truth about election fraud, held a press conference that afternoon in front of Gate 2-2 of the Handball Gymnasium at Jamsil Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul. He expressed that at every major political turning point—including the election of President Yoon Suk-yeol, the change of government, and the declaration of martial law—he had hoped the struggle would finally lead to victory and resolution. However, he stated that these efforts had failed to achieve fundamental change. He strongly urged people to remain vigilant against infiltrators attempting to undermine the momentum of the struggle and to persist in demanding a thorough investigation.

He vehemently rejected arguments from some political circles suggesting that they should "stop dwelling on the past and focus on institutional improvement" or hold "re-elections" without a truth-finding process. Min identified early voting as the primary conduit for election fraud and struck back, saying, "Institutional improvements, such as abolishing early voting, require a vote at the plenary session of the National Assembly, which is impossible given the opposition of nearly 200 Democratic Party members."

He continued, "Whether through a special counsel or a parliamentary probe, we must take revolutionary measures to punish the 'fake' lawmakers and 'fake' president who were wrongly elected; only then will there be the momentum to change the laws." He diagnosed that the path to eradicating election fraud would only open if a powerful public wave, fueled by the participation of the entire nation, rises like a wildfire.

Reflecting on the past three years—from the election of President Yoon Suk-yeol to the declaration of martial law—he expressed regret over how the struggle had loosened due to inflated expectations. He pointed out similarities between the past and the current situation at the Olympic Park, noting that there are forces intentionally trying to dampen the momentum of the movement.

Min highlighted that there were figures around President Yoon who advised him "not to get buried in the past," and he did not hide his indignation, stating, "I despised them even more than the masterminds of the election fraud, such as the Democratic Party and Lee Hae-chan." He added, "These compromisers are also the reason the President's declaration of martial law was delayed."

He further remarked, "We must not follow in the footsteps of people like Kim Chong-in, Lee Jun-seok, Han Dong-hoon, Kim Geun-sik, and Ha Tae-keung, who previously excluded and suppressed those within the People Power Party seeking to uncover election fraud. It was they who caused us the deepest sense of betrayal and pain."

Addressing the patriotic citizens at the scene, he cited statistical data to reaffirm his claim that past elections were clearly fraudulent. He stressed repeatedly, "The probability of the early voting results appearing solely in favor of the Democratic Party across all of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do is practically zero. This should not be dismissed as mere administrative incompetence."

Min identified "intellect, a sense of justice (patriotism), and courage" as the three virtues required for the anti-election fraud movement. He urged, "If the media does not cover this, as they did with past Gwanghwamun rallies, we may become isolated, especially here at the Jamsil Olympic Park where there are few passersby. I ask the valuable YouTubers and citizens who speak foreign languages to dedicate 90% more of your efforts to informing both domestic and international audiences about the truth of the election fraud."

As the standing representative of the National Struggle Headquarters against the April 15 Election Fraud, Min, who has dedicated six years to this cause, concluded by saying, "We must not forget those who sacrificed themselves fighting against election fraud, nor the young people currently detained due to the Western District Court case. We must honor the names of the six martyrs who passed away while fighting alongside us and never forget our gratitude toward them. If we are not performing well, we should offer each other constructive criticism and keep moving forward with the mindset of 'juma-gapyeon'—whipping a horse that is already running to make it go faster."
