Once the opposition-led special counsel is formed, the 380 ballot boxes stored at Olympic Park must be seized as evidence, and a “manual recount” must be conducted in the presence of the public and the media.

On the 39th anniversary of the June 29 Declaration, the Democratic Party of Korea accepted the demand for a special counsel investigation into election fraud. This is a de facto declaration of surrender, an action taken after realizing that the government and the ruling party can no longer hide or evade the immense wave of calls to eradicate election fraud—a belated response to the desperate cries of the 2030 generation for a "re-election to address election fraud."

However, watching the joint investigation by the prosecution and police, as well as the National Assembly’s parliamentary audit, we cannot shake the impression that we are being led by an election fraud cartel that is trying to conceal the truth rather than moving directly toward the “eradication of election fraud.”

We hereby declare that we will never tolerate any “subterfuge investigation” by this special counsel that seeks to dilute the truth by framing it as a mere “shoddy election” or by conducting a surface-level investigation to cover up the true nature of the election fraud cartel.

As a majority of the public is convinced that election fraud took place, the Republic of Korea cannot move forward a single step without identifying and eradicating this fraud. We are vigilant against unexpected incidents or accidents that may exploit the chaos caused by the June 3 election fraud, and we propose and demand the following to the government and the special counsel to restore constitutional order.

First, elevate the sovereignty protection struggle at Olympic Park into a "movement to eradicate election fraud" for the free right-wing by conducting a "manual recount" of the 380 ballot boxes.

The 380 ballot boxes stored at Olympic Park likely contain clear evidence of fraud, such as the “two-person ballots” discovered during the Seoul mayoral election, “brick ballots” that never passed through the hands of voters, and the secret behind impossible “twin statistics.”

Comparing the computer statistics finalized by the Songpa-gu Election Commission with the results of a “manual recount” will allow for the immediate verification and identification of allegations regarding the inflation of early voting numbers and election fraud.

Once the opposition-led special counsel is formed, it must seize the 380 ballot boxes stored at Olympic Park as evidence and conduct a “manual recount” in the presence of the public and the media.

We urge the entire free right-wing camp, including the People Power Party, to join the ranks of these young people instead of turning a blind eye to their struggle for sovereignty. Only by clearly revealing the discrepancy between the Songpa-gu Election Commission’s official statistics and the results of a “manual recount” can the public’s trust be restored. To this end, we will stand in solidarity with 26 organizations and ensure the spark of this struggle is not extinguished.

Uprooting election fraud to allow the 2030 generation to return to their daily lives is the final duty of the older generation and a calling of our time that we must be willing to risk our lives to fulfill.

Second, create a breakthrough through a public forensic audit of the Election Commission’s computer network and international cooperation.

The seven computer staff members of the National Election Commission who have already been reported must be immediately arrested and investigated. The special counsel must seize the servers secured by the joint investigation team and conduct a transparent public forensic audit. Identifying the computer manipulation algorithms and traces of external intervention is the core of judicial justice.

We interpret recent treasonous policies that run counter to national security—such as the Ministry of National Defense’s push for the "transfer of wartime operational control" that would lead to the dissolution of the ROK-U.S. Combined Forces Command, the forced "integration of military academies," and mentions of a "selective volunteer military system"—as stemming from the anxiety of those trying to cover up the nature of the election fraud.

In preparation for the possibility that the special counsel's internal investigation might also avoid or fail to address the essence of "eradicating election fraud," we will mobilize all internal and external resources to create a decisive turning point, akin to the Incheon Landing Operation. This includes activating a "Joint ROK-U.S. Election Fraud Eradication Team" in cooperation with the international community, including the United States, and maintaining close cooperation with the incoming U.S. Ambassador to South Korea, Michelle Park Steel.

Third, the special counsel must disclose the list of those responsible for planning and executing the election fraud.

The special counsel must immediately arrest and investigate Noh Tae-ak and Wi Chul-hwan, who are living witnesses to the election fraud, disclose the list of key National Election Commission officials, and block any attempts at evidence destruction by excluding these individuals from all commission duties. Using election fraud data accumulated over a long period, we have completed a precise analysis of the entity that is the election fraud cartel.

If the tail is too long, it will be caught. Internal whistleblowing from the Election Commission has revealed a shocking secret that would enrage the heavens. We warn those who know the election fraud all too well but are diverting attention by covering it up as a "shoddy election" out of fear of severe accountability, or those who stand by in trembling fear, that they are anti-state forces seeking to overthrow the government and have no place in a free Republic of Korea.

If this special counsel obscures the truth through a surface-level, "tail-cutting" investigation, the public’s anger will evolve into a movement for the resignation of the administration, aiming directly at the heart of the cartel. Those who are in a position to eradicate election fraud but ignore the truth out of fear of losing established interests—where the leaders who should be at the forefront are intertwined—will not escape the ultimate judgment of history.

We hope the June 3 election fraud will be brought to an end with a surrender equivalent to the bloodless June 29 Declaration. This is the last chance to eradicate election fraud. Through the sinking of Hong Kong, we know well that defending freedom is more difficult than war. Therefore, we pledge to cry out for the eradication of election fraud and take the lead as if we are fighting a war for our system.
