Citizens condemning the National Election Commission’s infringement of suffrage and shouting, "Rerun the fraudulent election!" ⒸHanmi Ilbo 

It has been a month since the reality of a suffrage deprivation and national sovereignty usurpation, unprecedented in the history of the Republic of Korea's constitutional government, was revealed. For the past several years, we have witnessed the sanctuary of democracy—the election—being thoroughly trampled by the dark hands of power. 

In the face of the miserable reality where ballot box seals are broken, data is manipulated, and the solemn will of the people is distorted into computerized figures, we now gather our shouts of indignation and declare a final struggle to reclaim the stolen sovereignty of the Republic of Korea.

First, the People Power Party must push for a special counsel to 'eradicate election fraud,' even at the cost of the mass resignation of its lawmakers.

While the current National Assembly investigation committee is doing its best against shameless and conscience-less figures, its lukewarm approach to what are usually dismissed as conspiracy theories by the committee members is inevitably disappointing. 

The members of the investigation committee must have seen the countless traces of election fraud at the Olympic Park ballot storage facility on July 2nd with their own eyes. What do the 40,000 spare ballots, the unnumbered ballots without serial numbers, and the broken seals—which caused such an uproar due to a shortage of ballots—mean? We applaud the statement made by People Power Party lawmaker 'Joo Jin-woo': “No one can say anymore that there was no election fraud.” 

Everyone knows that there were 380 ballot boxes at the Olympic Park, yet the Songpa-gu Election Commission claimed there were 420. There was no CCTV in the storage facility, and the iron doors to the facility lacked even a proper locking mechanism. Even after witnessing countless scenes of potential election fraud, the investigation committee did not press for answers, nor did they even verify the seals on the ballot boxes. 

The ruling party suggested moving the ballot boxes to the National Election Commission, while the opposition party argued to keep them as they were, citing the potential for misunderstanding.

The chairman of the investigation committee, despite having the authority to order a recount, displayed incompetence by speaking about the potential for a recount as if it were someone else's business, like a third party. This was nothing more than 'accomplices touring the scene' without any will to uncover the truth, and a superficial investigation intended to deceive the public. We could not sleep out of anger while watching the substandard remarks of the lawmakers on our TV screens.

The people now demand an overwhelming struggle to eradicate election fraud by uncovering the reality of it. The People Power Party must adopt a "fight to the death" stance, including the mass resignation of its lawmakers, to ensure the appointment of an opposition-led special counsel. We must cut out the core of this election fraud through a special prosecutor recommended by the opposition and restore the collapsed rule of law in the Republic of Korea. 

Second, let us unite under a 'Right-wing Big Tent' to eradicate election fraud and reclaim our stolen Republic of Korea.

To defeat the election fraud cartel, which remains busy with clever excuses and erasing traces even after being caught red-handed, we can no longer afford to remain in individual struggles. 

We must unite under a massive 'Right-wing Big Tent' with the single goal of 'eradicating election fraud.' We intend to expand the 10-million-signature campaign nationwide to expose the reality of the election fraud to the public and completely crush the unjust power cartel through a general uprising.

Third, dismantle the National Election Commission, the hotbed of crime, in the name of the people.

The National Election Commission is not an object for warnings; it is a hotbed of crime that must be dismantled immediately. They will likely try to hide the truth from the people and plot endless defamation lawsuits, using the 'Information and Communications Network Act'—which goes into effect on July 7th—as a shield. An institution that has completely lost the trust of the people has no reason to exist. 

We demand the immediate arrest and investigation of major NEC officials, including Noh Tae-ak and Wi Chul-hwan, as well as their IT staff. Furthermore, all NEC employees must be completely blocked from accessing ballot boxes, and they must be entirely excluded from any future recount processes. 

In solidarity with 26 organizations dedicated to eradicating election fraud, we have formed the 'National Coalition for the Struggle Against Election Fraud.' We declare to the entire world that we will fight to the death with our bare fists to reclaim our stolen 'Republic of Korea.'
