A rally protesting the "consolidation of military academies and the relocation of the KMA," hosted by the Joint Alumni Association of the Three Military Academies. 2026.07.08 [YouTube Capture]Today, July 8th, a rally titled "Protest against the Consolidation of Military Academies and the Relocation of the KMA" was held at the National Assembly, hosted by the Joint Alumni Association of the Three Military Academies. 

Held in the rain, the rally served as a firm response to the direct threats posed by an organized anti-state cartel attempting to dismantle the military's identity and the foundations of South Korea's national security. It was an expression of the resolute national-defense determination of security organizations and veterans against the anti-state and unconstitutional outrage that is shaking the Korea Military Academy (KMA), one of the bastions of South Korean security. Furthermore, this event can be said to embody the will to protect the Republic of Korea itself. 

If today's rally serves as a determined starting line for an offensive against the anti-state forces bent on desecrating this sanctuary of national security, then blocking the "relocation of the KMA" is our intermediate goal, and the normalization of the Republic of Korea through the eradication of election fraud remains our final objective. 

The rally opposing the consolidation of military academies resolves and declares the following:

One, blocking the "consolidation of military academies and the relocation of the KMA" is an intermediate goal to halt the destruction of our national security.

The reason so many citizens voluntarily joined today’s rally is that they recognize the KMA as a sanctuary of national security—the embodiment of our military's history and spirit of national defense—and wish to stand with us in protecting it. They have sensed that the relocation of the KMA hides an impure agenda: the dismantling of national legitimacy and the destruction of national security. 

If the Ministry of National Defense truly witnessed the public’s voluntary participation in today’s protest against the "consolidation of military academies and the relocation of the KMA," we hope they will report to the Blue House that pushing forward with the relocation will only lead to a backlash, and that "the consolidation of military academies is disadvantageous even for the maintenance of the current regime." 

If the Blue House is conscious of its plummeting approval ratings amidst the ongoing election fraud crisis, it should scrap the consolidation plan as a strategic retreat before it escalates into the downfall of the regime. We urge KMA alumni currently participating in the relocation task force—including the Vice Minister of National Defense, former KMA superintendents, and research review committee members—to stop their complicity in destroying the Republic and our military, and instead courageously resign from their posts to recover the conscience nurtured within the KMA. 

However, if the decision-making body is under external influence, it will likely push ahead with the relocation of the KMA, a core pillar of security destruction. If that happens, the conflict will inevitably escalate into a much greater struggle.

Two, our final goal is the normalization of the Republic of Korea through the eradication of election fraud.

When violent waves and tsunamis occur, one must examine the wind behind the waves and the epicenter and tremors of the earthquake. Did the forces plotting to desecrate our security sanctuary really pursue this under the pretense of "jointness" and "efficiency"? If there were any sincerity in the integration for efficient jointness, it would be logical to establish the "National Armed Forces Academy" at "Taereung," the current site of the KMA. The task force initially proposed the current KMA site for the National Armed Forces Academy, but it was reportedly changed during the implementation process. When the Republic of Korea is normalized, this treasonous policy will also be subject to a special investigation. 

However, the decision to have first and second-year cadets of the "National Armed Forces Academy"—the product of this consolidation—use the Jaun-dae buildings formerly used by the Joint Forces Military University, and the mention of "Jangseong" as the new site for the KMA, is an undemocratic decision that contradicts existing military organization laws and reeks of dictatorial arrogance. Where does their reckless disregard for existing law come from? 

If they believe that the government can be changed by the public will, could they repeat actions that the majority of the public opposes? Could the forces pulling the strings behind the KMA relocation still be relying on an ironclad election fraud system? This is a reasonable suspicion regarding those who repeatedly and inexplicably destroy our national security. 

Defending the KMA is the first step toward protecting the fundamentals and justice of national security. The final task remains to thoroughly uncover and eradicate the election fraud that has shaken the foundation of South Korean liberal democracy. We resolve to block the relocation of the KMA at all costs and to re-establish a Republic of Korea where normalization, justice, and righteousness flow like a river by eradicating election fraud.

Three, we are executing a constitutional mandate because we can no longer stand idly by as our nation faces a crisis.

Our rally before the National Assembly today is not solely about opposing the consolidation policy that desecrates our security sanctuary. Although there were internal directives not to mention "election fraud," our conscience leaves us no choice but to speak of it. Knowing the heaven-shaking fact that the majority of citizens are aware that the people’s suffrage has been deprived and that there have been procedural flaws in elections contrary to fair election practices since the introduction of early voting, we—who defend this sanctuary of security—cannot join the ranks of the silent. 

We declare that our "eradication of election fraud" is a conscientious calling to overcome a dire crisis. It is a struggle of old soldiers fulfilling a constitutional mandate to protect the Republic of Korea, and an expression of our conscience, which refuses to let the nation perish through silence. Had there been a war during our military service, we would already be buried in the National Cemetery. We have nowhere left to retreat. 

Based on our unified cohesion to stop the "relocation of the KMA," we intend to fight to the end until we eradicate the forces of election fraud that have usurped the sovereignty of the people. We appeal to all righteous forces who oppose injustice to join us.
